Customer service is not up to par. You guys have a full staff of people working with only one person who is forklift certified. Totally ridiculous. I’ve been waiting for at least 45 minutes waiting. Walked into the the building 2x for service and I’m still waiting. If you want to continue getting good reviews, I suggest that you certify all of your employees to do everything for professional development and customer satisfaction.

The outside lot was cleanest I seen of the Atlanta based PAPs, with an entry that was inviting. Great staff helping you along the way. The fine woman in the back will have you coming back… for more parts of course. The interior lot was in decent order only having only one vehicle I couldn’t find on the printer list. A lot of the cars were in decent shape, with many in good to great shape. It’s a little bit of a drive based on where I’m coming from, but I’ll be back as soon as I can… for more parts, of course.😉

A great young lady at the front desk helped me out! Gave me an excellent price on my old car! Very sweet and understanding! I believe she said her name was Ivy. Very good worker!! Will be back here!
