Have been playing phone tag w/the company for apprx 2-3 weeks, this past week I was scheduled for a pick up on Monday, then Tuesday which resulted in a text message asking if the pick up could occur today (Thursday) between 8 - 12. All three days were no shows. tried the previous week on Monday & no one showed up.I give them a two star due to the receptionist being so nice & for the communication w/her. However the communication for a no pick up does not happen.I seriously wonder if this business actually buys cars.
