The only good part of my experience was actually talking with Kalisandra (rep) and receiving the check. Other than that, the whole process was a headache. The lack of attention to detail, mistakes, poor communication from the outsourced support staff copart uses cost me money out of my own pocket. The outsourced tow truck driver picked up my vehicle without even receiving the my keys and title (basically they stole my truck). Had me drive all the way out to copart to drop it off for them. Then weeks after the sales completed, I get harassing emails and texts from their outsourced support staff to help them fix their mistakes regarding the title. Not to mention, now they are threatening me with vehicle abandonment and storage fees to coerce me to fix their issue. Save yourself the headache, go somewhere else.
