Thomas Wells is an employee at this place and harrases people online on Facebook and is representing this company wrong. Promoting this store and then harassing people is not right. When I arrived at the wreaking yard I hadn't seen my vehicle since my accident. I was emotional. I really almost died. I was alone and was dealing with bandages on my hands and neck. Katey....I believe her name was walked with me to the vehicle and helped me gather my belongings. She was very kind and the paperwork was easy and explained very well. Many thanks to the office staff there. I highly recommend.

Bought two side windows for a ranger told them what tipe of window it had to be they gave me the wrong ones I called sec times before going in to make sure I could bring them back and lady at the desk said I could wasted gas going in just to be told they wouldn’t refund me after saying they would would not recommend this place

Cannot say enough good things about this place. It was our first auction experience and bought a class A RV. We spent a couple days here looking at the RV and talking to the staff. And they were ALL extremely helpful and so happy for us when we won. This purchase is literally live changing, and we have nothing but great memories of our entire experience. That is really saying something given the horror stories we've heard and the expectations we had. Thank you again to all your staff! Also, the yard guys are amazing. The way they sling cars around on those forklifts is a sight to see! And they were super friendly.

Customer Service promises one thing and does the other. Takes multiple calls over several weeks to get partial results. Every time I have to reexplain issue and why it has not be resolved as discussed with customer service. Dumpsters are not animal proof due to lids not being metal, but plastic. Bears just stand on lids and collapse lids in even when locked. If they are going to supply dumpsters in remote properties they need to use metal lids on dumpsters.Pickup Service has been great.

They're great at following up. Parts were ready when promised and in the exact condition that was described. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Del Roy, the guy that owns and runs this place is a really nice guy once you get to know him. He gives respect when it is given to him. He makes most of his money from scraping the vehicles that he has in his yard, and lets people pull parts off the vehicles in between scrap metal pick ups.He has a small collection of classic cars and parts that are getting harder to find, and he is very fair with the prices. I have been buying parts off of him for over ten years now and have NEVER had issues with him. He has in the past had problems with people going into his yard and stealing parts from him and haggling him on his fair prices. This may explain why he is leery of certain types of people he lets in his yard, I would be too.I felt it important to take the time to leave a positive review for him because he really is a good guy that has never been mean to me or tried to rip me off in the ten years that I have done business with him.There aren't many pick-a-part yards out there as there use to be, and there will be fewer in the future. I value his business as well as his friendship and would recommend his business to anyone.

He is a really nice guy pays good for your junk cars and if I ever need to get rid of another vehicle he will definitely be the person I call again very respectful keeps a conversation going and seems to love what he does it will definitely keeping his number if you need to get rid of a vehicle he is definitely one to call.

Purchased a 2011 outback with a rebuilt title from these guys a few months back and wanted to get a few thousand (6000) miles on it before writing a review. Most everything has been good so far and it would be a 4.5 star review if that were an option. The only issues ive noticed are a window switch that didnt work, some worn lower control arm bushings, and the fact that the listing stated all filters had been replaced although the engine air filter and cabin air filter were not replaced. Otherwise the car has been a good commuter for my monthly drives to utah and around town.

The worst customer service. The lady is rude. They don't return calls and would not work with me on a price for an engine they will never sell. They lost a good sale and hopefully more when people realize they are not the only game in town- Junk yard attitudes don't cut it.

Hellhole of a place, disrespect by every employee. Apparently to drop off a radiator you just pulled they require photo of your vehicle, license plates, picture of you next to the vehicle, and photos of your license. For a $12 radiator. A complete waste of time and their systems are archaic. Recommend making the drive elsewhere. On top of them saying the radiator was "iron" when I know it was a copper core that was just fixed 2 years prior. Highly ignorant here.
