    I have been to this place more than once and come from over an hour away since there is no recycle places close to me. I have never been treated so disrespectfully and rude by a buisness. I thought the first time maybe they had a rough day. Nope, there is a seroius lack of customer service here. I have to unload myself. Employees complained continually and made me feel like an idiot. Thekids that claims to be boss, has no idea how to run a buisness. Its worth it to find elsewhere even if its farther away.

    Most of the time they give you fair prices for scrap. They usually pay a little more on copper but Pacific Steel pays way better for catalytic converters.
