Great staff and had my parts already pulled on the shelf. They had spare EZ30 parts for me to keep my subaru on the road! Now you can get parts and go but visit the yard if you have time! Lots of amazing classics you don't get to see anywhere else. Tugs on the heart strings to see cars like that in the yard but they'll keep other classics on the road. Thanks again French Lake Auto! I'll definitely stop by again for the nostalgia!!

Product was great and more of a fair price. The employees were really grumpy and didn't seem to wanna be there. The kids tearing around on 4 wheelers was really unappealing.

Great place to go if you're desperate. They pride themselves on being friendly but they are not at all friendly. Get ready to work like a fool for a part that should be thrown in the trash and that's if you're lucky enough that they even have it. You need to pay just to look to see if they have your part. When you're ready to check out you get treated like a criminal by younger high school age looking employees. The icing on the cake is their commercial about "putting your junk on their bed" which is perverted and borders on obscene. Lucky for them most of their customers are foreign and English is not their native language. I'm writing this review simply because this place could really be great. I'm a local mechanic and I should be their target customer but I always dread stopping. I really want to like the place but I always leave feeling like I got duped rather than that of a valued customer. I will be back simply because they're local. The reality is I often order parts and have them shipped just to avoid the hassle of dealing with the circus.

Not very knowledgeable about tire sizes and their yard is a sand trap. I don't think they know what they have there. I only recommend this place if you absolutely need something

I was finally able to locate some hard to find parts for my old car and Hans packaged them well and quickly shipped to me at a good price. Bryan was very helpful and fast communication. Thank you!

I would 100% recommend this place to anyone. I talked with all staff here about a part i needed for a 5500, and they nailed it even with a hiccup that simply happens to us all. They were very professional from the very get-go, and from what i can tell, they were genuinely apologetic on a mistake made with my order. Best of all, when i was on a time crunch I had, unbeknownst to them, they still managed to get my parts before Christmas which is unbelievable with the delays in the shipping chaos on this holiday. I usually call to check if part is available but online search is available. They will pull the part & call back when it is ready for pickup. Every time I have needed a part, they have been super fast & called back the same day!! I don’t have a problem driving 100+ miles, since I’ve moved from the area, because I know the part I get will be honestly portrayed & if they can’t guarantee it (ex. Windshield) they will tell you if it has rock chips, or some flaw that may get worse in the near future. They will also inform you if there is anything that you can do to prevent it from getting worse. I know that I can trust this business & refer all my friends & family members! Went to pick up some doors for a 2015 fusion we're working on. Items as described, beat out everyone's price, the two guys I spoke with were great. Took a shot in the dark driving 6 hours and thankfully they were great!
