Never have had a problem. I go there for tires when I'm in need of one. I pick it and if someone is available they mount it. Cheap and descent tires. If you go there for a part then make sure that's what it is u r their for, simple. Also make sure u have time to spare because they won't rush for u. Good place respect them then they respect you.

Call when they open.( I'll check for the part and call you back in a little while) Wait 2 hours call i again. (Still looking)... I wait 3 more hours I call again( sorry looks like the part you want is no good. I used to buy parts here but I am not going to waste a whole day waiting. It's a great place if you don't like pulling parts. But hit miss.

Great place for used parts with extremely friendly & helpful folks working there. They accommodated our time schedule And made everything very easy with a great price!

Called at 9:30 am looking for parts for my 05' Pontiac G6. Told them what I needed, gave them my number, said they'd see if they had it. Called back at 2pm. They said the guy was out checking the yard and he'd call shortly. It's now 5pm. They're closed. No call. Thanks guys. I needed those parts. And I have to work tomorrow so they left me high and dry.

I needed some body parts after hitting a deer. I don't know the terminology of all the parts so Kevin explained everything to me without making me feel stupid. He also sent pictures of the parts he thought I was describing so I could make sure I got the correct parts now my car is fixed and back on the road!

The only spot to buy car parts in my eyes I've been going to atv for more than 10 years and never once had a issue staff is great prices are lower than most others That's why i use these guys. If you don't want to mess around and waste a bunch of time go to atv they get your parts and get you on your way fast
