We had a really great experience here my son damaged his car hood by pulling the release instead of the trunk release but never close the hood!! While driving at high speeds his car hood flying and bent hitting his windshield...yikes! Went to a nearby junkyard by me and they recommended two places I ended up calling Newark motor first and spoke with a guy named Carlos who is very nice. I told him exactly what I needed and they luckily had the hood for the same car and year. Went to the place ...getting there was not that easy but worth the drive and convoluted navigation that Google maps used. They greeted me and they took down the hood for me to evaluate and the price of it was on my opinion very reasonable. The hood was not perfect (some rust but also explained to me before I got there) but it's what we needed and better than spending $400 or so more going to a body shop. All told the entire process was about 15 to 20 minutes to get someone to help, pull it of the too if a rack using a pallet truck, evaluating and paying. Did meet Carlos who was friendly and he had told me if there were any issues with fit that they do take returns. I had the hood on my sons car in 15 minutes, fit perfectly even looked good (need to somehow get the painted numbers off). The hood went on easily and swapping them took about 15 minutes with my son to help. A place I will return to for future automotive parts. Highly recommended!!

Tried to get a quick estimate and had the most rude and unprofessional call ever. It is beyond me how someone can run a business like that — would recommend calling anywhere else but here. Adding this to my review in response to his below -- I offered him a car (2015 ford fusion) which was rear ended -- car runs and drives perfect. Car has a title and registration, I told him I didn't have the title just not with me today, I keep it in my safety deposit box. He offered me $500 for it and I asked him if that was it and he hung up on me. The owner had the nerve to find and call my home number, he had no problem harassing my girlfriend and threatening to "make me famous" over the review above. I think he has serious anger issues.

Called them on new years eve and they came to pickup the car within an hour. Speedy pickup, courteous tow drivers, and quick cash in hand. Great service!

Called Fénix , Told them about motor came with a broken bell housing bolt stuck in there. and was told they couldn’t do nothing for me as far as compensation. For the inconvenience of the bolt being snapped in the bell housing ball when I got the motor

They don’t seem to be at this location anymore. There was a guy working construction and didn’t want to talk just making hand signals and talking on the cell phone. No one to give any info. Telephone is not responded.

Called to ask about a part, and they said they didn’t have it. Fair enough. But then the guy literally did an eBay search and tried to upsell me a part he found online. When I called him out on it, he just said, ‘Go buy them then.’ Total waste of time. Avoid this place.

I was quoted on a new trans for 5k from the Subaru dealer. I quickly called Roxbury Auto Wreckers and Joe and Alejandro were quick to assist me in finding a used trans for $600 that was practically new! I couldn’t believe the difference in price and now have a quality source for parts when I am in need. Needed a part for my 2011 Outlander Sport. I don't live anywhere near there but happened to be traveling within a reasonable distance to them so I decided to call and see if they could get the part pulled for me that day. They were very accommodating and started pulling the part while I was driving there. I wish I lived closer because I would like to get more parts from that vehicle but I was certainly glad to get what I needed at the time. I found them to be very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend doing business with them!

Horrible place to go to. I called to get my truck towed and the guy that answered tried to give me a lower price on what I was quoted. Then when I told them I was quoted something else, whoever answered my quote the second time started cursing at me saying my mother is dead and to have oral se* with her skull. This place is very unprofessional and dirty. I blocked the number to call a different spot and whoever it was that sent me those awful messages started calling me and texting me from other numbers after I blocked the first number.

Posted 8/27/24 I called on 8/26/24 and spoke to Anthony, inregards to me needing a Rim for my 2023 Chrysler Pacifica Touring that didn't come with a spare. Anthony gave me the cost with tax included. I informed Anthony that I will be there first thing in the morning at 8am. Anthony informed me he will be in later that morning on 8/27/24, but someone will be able to complete my order, when I came to the office. I meet with George and informed him, I spoke to Anthony concerning the Rim I needed. George said he can take care of it for me, so he took the information from me. And went and got the information off my tire, along with a photo to make sure I received the same exact Rim as what's on my vehicle. Awesome Customer Service and great team work to Anthony and George. I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends, if they are in need of excellent used car parts. Job Well Done!
