We had a really great experience here my son damaged his car hood by pulling the release instead of the trunk release but never close the hood!! While driving at high speeds his car hood flying and bent hitting his windshield...yikes! Went to a nearby junkyard by me and they recommended two places I ended up calling Newark motor first and spoke with a guy named Carlos who is very nice. I told him exactly what I needed and they luckily had the hood for the same car and year. Went to the place ...getting there was not that easy but worth the drive and convoluted navigation that Google maps used. They greeted me and they took down the hood for me to evaluate and the price of it was on my opinion very reasonable. The hood was not perfect (some rust but also explained to me before I got there) but it's what we needed and better than spending $400 or so more going to a body shop. All told the entire process was about 15 to 20 minutes to get someone to help, pull it of the too if a rack using a pallet truck, evaluating and paying. Did meet Carlos who was friendly and he had told me if there were any issues with fit that they do take returns. I had the hood on my sons car in 15 minutes, fit perfectly even looked good (need to somehow get the painted numbers off). The hood went on easily and swapping them took about 15 minutes with my son to help. A place I will return to for future automotive parts. Highly recommended!!

The worst experience, ordered a alternator yesterday, paid and everything they told me to come by today to pick it up, waited a long time only for the guy in the front desk to tell me the tow truck guy dropped the ball and left the alternator after he sees me waiting in the wait room. I should have know because a guy before was waiting a while for a fan for his car inky ti he told they can’t find ! Now here I am 1 day later, refund will be processed back on card, so I don’t have the funds right now and it’s close to 5 pm so the other junkyards are close to being closed and won’t be able to get this process done until tomorrow ! Be ware stay far away from the business ! Go elsewhere

I ordered a K frame for my car, these guys are awesome! The prices are great. Steve told me it will take 2 days but turns out it came the next day which he gave me a call to notify me. When I picked up the K frame they put it in my coworkers truck for me with no problem. I had a great experience here, everyone was so friendly. I'll always keep this place in mind and on the top of my list when I need some parts for my car. Good Place, Good business, Happy customer!

Very helpful and professional staff with great work ethic! I called several places looking for an oldie but goodie and no one wanted to help me. That's until i called Newark Motor and a gentleman by the name of anthony gave me a hand. I knew he was going to be very helpful because we shared the same name which we joked about,and long and behold he was able to order me my part from out of state which took about 3-days but i was very happy because EVERY other establishment told me I'd never find what i was looking for and NEWARK MOTORS & EXPORT was able to locate and deliver on hand! Bought an engine that failed upon installation. Machine shop said because someone had used cheap and inappropriate valves. Not sure if these guys or not, but no big deal. Ship back to them for warranty. They refused shipment because they said it wasn't the same engine. You have to be kidding me. They would do nothing and took no responsibility. I had to dispute the charge and luckily American Express saw through their lies and I got my money back. Stay away from this group of criminals.

The worst. You call they say they have the part. Send you to the location to pick up and parts not there. I had called earlier in the week to verify they had the part and they said yeah. Wasted 2.5 hours of my life going and coming wasting money on gas and tolls for nothing. While I was there two other people with same issue.

This company has no clue about what customer service is, i called asking for a part they gave me a price of $75 and when i got there all of a sudden the guy started at $200 for the part, i was totally wasted my time going there. A few blocks away at lacey auto parts they had it for 80 bucks!!!
