These guys are the best. Always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that you get the right parts the first time. They are very punctual and the parts are there when they say they’ll be there. I normally talk to Ian who is world class, he always goes above and beyond and really cares about his craft. Ian time and time again always provides me with the best customer service. In a business where you don’t always get someone friendly on the phone it’s a nice change of pace for sure.

Horrible experience! They talk to the autobody company about your car and they dont disclose if parts were sold to them on your own car. They refused to send an email stating they dont want to tell the customer about there conversation with the auto body shop I connected them with! So now Maacco auto body is charging for parts I already bought from Fenix and Fenix will not clarify it with me the customer. this is so Maaco can charge what they want on that part. They also failed to notify me of what they were doing with Maaco when I was the customer in the middle of all of this. An unethical company.
