No lights on outside, looks closed to me when I came before 8p and the time I have is 7:13p this evening on 1/17/24 never did business with them, and I'm not about to start either, came with my husband to drop off 2 Large metal bars that weighs about 400lbs and luckily we didn't do business with these people, closed before even the close time came.... If I were yall, I would take my business else where.... don't waste ur time and energy and mostly gas .... thank me later

I was looking for a taillight, the first one they showed me was different, and one of the guys went and took apart the ones I needed from 3 other cars and showed me which one was correct. In no other business of this type they don't try to help you in that way. .. good customer service and excellent prices… Or was I missing it, the best thing is that they are OEM parts and not aftermarket

I always seem to find the parts I need for multiple vehicles. Be careful when you park. I was told that there's a tow company towing vehicles that was parked in handicap spots without r tags, across the street, and in fire lanes. After coming out the store, sure enough there he was. Sitting and waiting to tow. Thanks for the heads up. 400 dollar unexpected tow is never in the budget.

My car got repoed on Wednesday due to the imcompetence of my finance company (lack of professionalism and costumer service) and I'm the one who had to pay to get my car back when I was under the impression that I was making Maturity plan payments. I was only without my car for one day. Once I got everything settled yesterday morning, I went to get the car. I didn't have any problems. The lady in the office was nice to me. I paid the fees and was off with the car. I had nothing missing because I don't keep valuables in the car, like I read in these reviews. The only complaint I have is that my car was taken to a place that's almost an hour away and I paid $55 for a Lyft.

Ha I was thinking as I read the reviews and saw the one five star review from James Hale, that he must be an employee then I got further along and see where the girl says “thanks James, you were very helpful” so probably safe to say that’s his gf giving the only other positive review on this dump!

I took over 200 rotors in and they told me I only had 1880 lbs. Even if all of them weighed 10 lbs which they were heaver than that. So I would not recommend taken any thing at all here even for convenience. They rip you off. And make u feel dum for asking.

I called and they weren't able to help me but the guy who answered the phone was so polite and helpful.

For pick a parts , prolly one of the better ones in town.

I would recommend avoiding this shop if you can - or if they have an uncommon part that you absolutely need, INSIST on getting photos of the exact part you expect to receive before paying for it or traveling to this shop from anywhere out of town. They had a transmission listed on car-part.com that I needed. I called and spoke to Mike on the phone about the transmission several times over 2 days. Mike assured me that the transmission was in good condition and that it did not have any damage to it. I live in Albuquerque, about 550 miles away and an 8 hour round trip. Upon arriving, Mike presented me with the transmission, saying that it had this "small damage but was fine". This is absolutely not "fine" as the chunk you see missing is supposed to have a mounting boss to bolt to the engine. Also, this part of the housing contains the valve body. Mike refunded my payment but refused to refund their 3% card fee. I was able to file a dispute with my bank to get the charge for their fee back at least. They didn't offer any apologies at all during this.

Enjoyed visiting with Ernest and He helped diagnose my Jeep. It's been 25 years and things are different than they were then. They aren't currently open, he retired.

Bought a trunk lid for my car here today and they had it ready for me when I got there. I had driven 4 hours one way and kept in touch with James letting him know I was on my way. They loaded it on the trailer for me. Really great service. Great communication. Willing to negotiate if things aren’t exactly right also. Would buy from them again.

very unprofessional I dont recommend this shop AT ALL.. he rips people off. & claim you can't test drive before paying. Don't go to this mechanic, don't know what they're doing.
