Ha I was thinking as I read the reviews and saw the one five star review from James Hale, that he must be an employee then I got further along and see where the girl says “thanks James, you were very helpful” so probably safe to say that’s his gf giving the only other positive review on this dump!

Man with a Spanish accent told me “we have another location check them out!” Had called again 15 minutes later and another man answers stating there is no other location. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

SCAMMERS..I WAS ABOUT TO SEND THEM 1200 DOLLARS FOR NOVA PARTS..ASKED FOR THEM TO FACETIME ME SO I COULD SEE THE PARTS..THEY SAID SEND MONEY FIRST..NOPE.LOL.THEN THEY BLOCKED..I REALLY HOPE YOU READ THIS AND DONT LOOSE YOUR MONEY TIME OR PATIENCE..SCAMMERS!!!

Claimed they had multiple of the vehicle I was looking for on the phone ended up having none and got an attitude with me when I asked in person. This place might as well be listed as a drug den, 0 stars.

Absolutely the most disorganized establishment I've ever been, worst customer service ever. If you sell them a car you can only meet the boss between 5:30-6, to pick up the check and the boss; Acro will be late. The $100 check bounced. I had to take off work to go meet him at 10 am. He was late again. Absolutely not worth it. Go somewhere else

Lady on the phone was very short and rude. She interrupted me while I was naming the part I'm looking for to say they don't have it before I could finish giving any details. Then she promptly hung up. Terrible costumer service. I'm glad it was apparent before I got any further into my search.

When I went there I was relieved that the junkyard employees were jumping at the opportunity to help me with my auto parts needs and they were friendly and eager to assist me. The owner even got involved in helping me with my repairs. I would recommend this company to help with any and all auto parts repair needs

Called in day before to assure they had what I was looking for. Went in the next day and now they don't. Wasn't sold, I checked, bad recording of parts, sloppy office, would have to be something I desperately need if I were to go back to this place. Recommend browning auto parts

Something for everyone, but you have to find it first. Like a used auto parts treasure hunt. It's dirty, dangerous, and disorganized. Wear good shoes, bring gloves and tools. No telling what you will find. These kinds of places are quickly disappearing.
