My car got repoed on Wednesday due to the imcompetence of my finance company (lack of professionalism and costumer service) and I'm the one who had to pay to get my car back when I was under the impression that I was making Maturity plan payments. I was only without my car for one day. Once I got everything settled yesterday morning, I went to get the car. I didn't have any problems. The lady in the office was nice to me. I paid the fees and was off with the car. I had nothing missing because I don't keep valuables in the car, like I read in these reviews. The only complaint I have is that my car was taken to a place that's almost an hour away and I paid $55 for a Lyft.

Hopefully nobody else has to go through this! They took the key to car and went through my glovebox and took my wheel lock. When I called asking for it nobody could seem to “find” it. I recommend adams automotive & towing. Service: Car towing

My daughter in law had a vehicle repossessed that she was going to turn back in. Once they took the vehicle, that wanted money to return her personal property left in the vehicle, which is illegal in Texas. You would think a recovery company would know this. I sincerely hope none of them ever have to deal with crooked tow companies like they operate.

First day I called and check on my property left in the vehicle a person said bring $50.00 and the key you can your key.Two Two days later I called back to see if I needed appointment to come get my property the person answered no. I ask if there's a fee and the person says no. When I got there they were going through people vehicles. Soon as the tow truck driver dropped off a vehicle he started going in the vehicle. I believe what others are saying about them. Why do someone hire tow truck drivers to pick their property and vandalized it. Awful. They hillbillies going through other belongs 👎 👎 👎

I am a disabled Chickasaw woman from Durant OK, and in my whole life this was the worst experience ever. Jessica and Melissa were supposed to hold my cherished items, but did not!!!!!! I lost an invaluable Bible, PPE, a Bowie knife, my placard, and much more including my glasses to drive at night with. They found the little unattached sticky note to save my stuff until my appointment and showed it to me and said it was all gone!!! Taking this to court!!!!! Stolen property. Horrible attitude. Left with such distaste. Had to open an investigation and take time off work to deal with it. Was disgusted with how rude they were to us. When we were nothing but kind. We understood they were just doing their jobs. We were just trying to pick up our truck. All we wanted was what was on the truck when they picked it up. Office lady was just trying to fight with me every question or concern i asked about. No respect or class. Horrible operation. From the guys who towed and drug our truck 1/2 mile down the street in park to the office lady being just a horrible human being. Thank the lord for video evidence.

I picked my car up and then noticed my tags were off my car and all my personal stuff was out of my car also. This was today a Friday. I noticed it after u got home so it was after 5 and they were closed. They did not give me my stuff back. So I text them and no reply. No good. I am so upset right now.

One of their drivers caused an accident because he moved suddenly to last left lane to turn on Abrams and Centennial (Richardson , TX) a few minutes ago. The driver of the truck who caused a chain accident still had the audacity to stop and threaten the driver behind him by yelling to HIT ME so he could get her insurance money! TALK ABOUT TRASHY! With the reviews they have they should be out of business!

Stolen items out of the car. Very bad service. Also the lady up at the front window (I believe her name was Jessica) has bad breath. Be careful dealing with this company

Even though it was my fault my car ended up here, everyone that I had to speak with and deal with has been nothing but nice and professional and explained everything properly. From the two gentlemen who picked up my car to the ladies in the office every time i called and went to pick up my vehicle. The only thing I was not very happy about was the fact when i got into my car my radio was up super loud and on a setting and channel I never use but that is minor.
