Bought a complete dash off of them for a 2017 f250. They shipped it to me and it was in great condition and was as advertised. It worked great for me would buy from again.

Bought a motor from these folks in early Oct, they dropped it bringing from the yard to my truck telling me it was all good. Broke the exhaust manifold and the oil pan, but we had the ones off the old motor to replace. They cashed my check easy enough for over $1300. The motor lasted 2 weeks then locked up. I call they initially tell me sure no problem if they didn't have another they would find me one. I call back a few hours later to let them know we had checked the motor and it was an internal failure. They tell me they have to have the original copy of the invoice otherwise they won't do anything. I asked if they have the invoice in their system? Yes. Can you print another invoice? Yes. So you know for a fact when I got it, how I paid for it and that is all fact? Yes. So you want me to just walk away on $1300? Crickets. Their reply " I don't know why you are so upset?" REALLY?!?!

It would be nice if they'd ever get their website running again, it's been inoperative for 3 months now. Get over yourselves and spend some money on getting your failed website fixed, quit being so cheap.

All the guys were very helpful and nice however the woman in the office was very rude prolly will drive the extra miles to Bolivar next time I need to do business at a scrap yard. Yes it's a scarp yard however customer service still is very important. Great job gentleman 💪 keep up your great work.

Easy to find parts you're needing. The place is laid out nicely. The vehicles are safe to be around. The staff were nice and helpful. A pricing sheet is available at the entrance as well as carts to haul your tools and parts.

If he has it, he will definitely sell it to you cheap. Good prices and nice staff.

Weighed my cast iron before and steel before going in, they didn't weigh the same they pushed us through like cattle, would not allow us to separate our metal, I wouldn't suggest anyone going to this scrap yard, come on peeps these peaple need turned in for stealing money from inacent peaple, I put a call into better business barrow they need shut down. Some of us have everyday struggles, households to take care of, and this place steals our money.

This part's store has the best employees in poplar bluff!!! Jerry and Carl,Kenny are a few i can say will do all they can too assist you in a time of need . Good folks and part's are competitively priced . Love my folks at my O'Reilly!!!

Parts are plentiful and the prices are competitive. The staff is helpful and friendly. $300 for a gas engine? YEAH BUDDY!! FYI: Bring sun screen, bug spray AND plenty of fluids. If you're like me you're gonna be "shopping" for a while.

Grate place and people and fair prices this is a small business not a large company scrap yard
