Staff was very friendly and helped during the process of removing an engine from a car. The forklift operator helped moving the car around and getting it strapped to pull. The manager is really nice and goes the extra mile to help you get through. The website is really helpful too, showing cars locations even with pictures! Cashiers do a great job too, I highly recommend this place for getting used parts for cars.

I called Junk Car Mafia 11:30 a.m. on a Saturday and by 1:30 p.m. they gave me a courtesy call and was picking up the truck. Was very professional paid me cash. And The vehicle was out of the driveway. I don't see where all these negative reviews are from. Could be from competitors. I really don't know Reading them. First time calling about several different vehicle parts, one wasn’t available, and before I had a chance to inquire about another part I was immediately hung up on.. I was willing to pay ahead and drive almost 3 hours away to them if my part was in stock or if someone was willing to double check the vehicle for me.. I’ll carry on my business elsewhere.

called for 2 headlight assembly/lenses the lady who answered the phone obviously was not educated on the matter and said she would not sell me lenses only the assembly which it’s quite literally the same thing and when i asked her a question she said “you heard me” definitely will not bring my business to this place especially seeing the person answering the phone is uneducated

Don’t trust this people, said new take off tail gate for 2024 Sierra 3500. No camera and no wire harnesses on tail gate. Camara holder cover had black tape and silicone on the sensor, someone replaced a good camara and plate and put in a damage parts, paid $2000 and got screwed. State away, I drove 600 miles round trip wast of time

I do alot of small car repairs for people on low income and helping the elderly, i went to purdys to get a AC line for a car i was fixing for a lady who didn't have much income After talking to the lady at purdys she found out i was doing the job for free she gave me the line God bless good people like purdys who still look out for one another i wont do business with any other place and you shouldn't either Purdys is A+ in my book the lady has cold air and karma just keeps going around.
