Today I got a visor for my car. Called ahead and they let me know there was a compatible vehicle. I was in and out in under 10 minutes and only cost $10. BONUS: super cute receptionist (pictured).

Pick-A-Part is a great place to go looking for cheaper parts off a used vehicle. The parts can be hit and miss but that should be a given taking it that it is a junkyard. And as a woman the best part was at one time getting to go through the cars and finding the things and as a woman the best part was at one time getting to go through the cars and finding the things like and as a woman the best part was at one time getting to go through the cars and finding the things like and as a woman the best part was, at one time, getting to go through the cars and and finding all sorts of stuff that have been left in the vehicles like it was a giant yard sale. Taking it that it is no longer allowed it is very disappointing. That was one thing that we did look forward to every time we came. I really hope that you find a way to bring that back for us women not go with our mechanic boyfriends and husbands. It would be five stars from me if that part was still in effect, but that's why I only gave it three stars.

Loved it, it was a dry day (always important), the truck I needed was at the back of the lot but it was the truck I needed with the parts I was looking for. Very friendly staff, but STAY OUT OF THE WAY, movers can not see you!

I can't recommend enough, I broke down and they tracked down the part I needed right before closing for the holiday weekend. They saved my day, weekend, and vacation. Thank you!!!

If you're willing to do the work to get your part(s) off the vehicle(s) then it's definitely worth it. I got a great deal here for the parts I needed. Only downside was they couldn't direct me to an area where I could find the car I needed, they only knew that they had one there somewhere. So I had to search. But the place isn't huge, so I found it within 10-15mins.

Terry runs this yard. Let me be clear, the domestic salvage yard down the street is good people that have good prices and I love going there. This salvage yard is however in stark contrast to the experience I've come to enjoy at the domestic yard. Terry doesn't care to help people. Terry is rude and doesn't know his business. I just stopped there and was looking for a couple parts, all for him to tell me that he doesn't have "the part" all bc he says he doesn't have the EXACT same year model as my year model. He didn't check to see if he had any kias, to which are identical. He just couldn't be bothered to help a customer in need. What's worse, I've stopped here about 4-5x in the last couple years and he's always the same awnry way so this wasn't just a "bad day"... My advice, save a wasted trip and go to a competitor!.. even if they're twice as far away and save yourself the sarcastic arrogance!

Save your money and go to Pull-A-Part. This place has a "take it or leave it" mentality that is ridiculous. They want full, retail prices for used, junkyard parts that you have to remove yourself and if you decide to "leave it" you get insulted with snide comments. I wouldn't want their parts even if they were free. I'll never go back and you can go through it if you want, but I don't do business with anyone that can't be reasonable and courteous.

The Import location is always awesome and people are very helpful. HOWEVER, don't waste your time with the guys that work the domestic side. You are incoveniencing them just by showing up. It will be Lamberts downfall.

I never post stuff like this about places, but my fiancé and I and our Hispanic friend went there today. For one, he was extremely rude to our friend. He charged him for everything as if they were pulling it. But my fiancé and him did all the work. Nothing but absolute trash, and horrible customer service.

They were very helpful and lower cost then competitor for same item. As my husband is disabled it was nice that we had the option to pay a bit more and have one of their workers remove the part for us it was the front passenger seatbelt assembly they made sure that it was working before selling it to us.

Beware it is a muddy mucky mess right now. No fee for entry!! Had a detailed list of make , model and even color of the type of vehicle I was there for so it is a little easier to locate in row printed on your search printout. They offer 2 prices... one if they pull, an a lower price if you pull part yourself. Parking leaves something to be desired though. I will definitely be back. Thank you pick-a-part!

The guys are super nice and helpful and their pricing is unbeatable. I have a Mini Cooper and needed the plastic wheel well trim. Mini Cooper wanted $65 for ONE and I got both at Lambert's for 15 dollars! I wouldn't go ANYWHERE else for parts!

This place deserves a lot more stars than what they will let me give. The guy down there went above and beyond to help me figure out what I needed. I had no idea what I was doing and he helped me more than anyone ever would at another place. I will be going there from now any time I can. Thank you again!

Would've left 0 stars if it was optional. There was at least 2 ft of mud and water puddles down there. The cars are sitting in clay mud no way to work under them or use a jack to lift them. People didn't know what cars they had or where they was located on the lot. Nothing is organized. Would not waste my time there. Pull a part is 1 million times better in every way.

Would of gave 5 stars but they need to do some thing with the ground. Giant mud puddles and water every where. If your picking your own part be prepared for a mess if the forecast called for rain days before. Other than the up keep of the ground, I loved this place

There are several different Lambert’s locations within the same stretch of road. I’ve been to two different locations on different occasions. I bought a used 350 V8 and I’ve bought other parts there also. The other day I only needed one lug nut after I found it and went up to pay for it they said just take it, no charge. This is the kinda folks that will stay in business.

They did nothing. Don't bother going. Don't bother calling before hand bc u won't get a truthful correct answer. Just lie to u and waste your time. Just don't bother. Go to the other pull apart or Knox auto parts. Anywhere but there. They went out of their way to do nothing. I'm a teenage girl. And they told me they'd charge double to go pick and pull the part themselves. Bc I don't know what to do. But they still had me go out in the yard to locate the car and make sure it was what I was looking for. Even tho I told them I had no idea what it looks like. All I know is it's a control arm. All I have is this picture. That's what I was paying extra for is for their help since there's nothing I can actually do. But I thought ok let me just look for this car. Start walking and seep a foot deep in mud. Almost lost my shoes, twisted my ankle and nearly fell. Bc they can't put plywood planks down like other places after it rains. Lot is nothing but clay mud. It's been dry several days since it rained. But the lot was one huge puddle every path u take. Having little girls hurt themselves so they didn't have to locate the car themselves even tho I needed their help anyways. Turns out he, Terry, flat out lied to me last week and this week when I called and asked prior to driving there. Told me he had several cars with control arms I can chose from. The car he first told me to go thru wasn't even there. How th does an entire car dissapear from the lot and he not know and b able to see that on his computer having just looked it up. The other car had no front end AT ALL. And then the third one was missing tires and arms all together. He just lied to me multiple times because he didn't want to go look himself. And the place is so unorganized that he can't look it up. Nonetheless he should have never sent me out there for no reason had I located a car bc I wouldn't be able to tell if they had what I need or get it off. Had he just done it I would have been in and out. Rather then waste 30 mins making me late for my apt to get the control arm on one side and wheel bearing fixed on the opposite side. VERY dangerous vehicle to drive in that condition which Terry knows but lied to me anyways and put me in more danger that I should have been and sent me into the boobytrap of a junk yard to get physically injured and really pissed off. Which I told him before I came and when I showed up I needed help and he just ignored me and told me just to look for the car first all alone. Even if it doesn't seem like that big a deal it was. I drove my death trap of a car there and walked thru the dangerous lot for no reason. Lazy idiot. Will never go there again. I drove half an hour bc he lied saying he "had several".... why? I don't know besides just unorganized and too lazy to look. Knowing the condition of my car, he should have been honest rather then risk my safety. I luckily made my appointment to get the bearing fixed. No help from them. I called from the lot letting them know I was hurt and the car wasn't there. He kept ignoring me putting the phone down, hanging up on me, and finally told me it'll b a few minutes till someone could help me. Nobody came so I came back seeping in the mud again and again already injured. They didn't even have a hose to rinse off. It was bad, clay mud to my knees almost all over my jeans and in my shoes. All they had was a spicket so I got my feet cleaned and had to take off my jeans luckily wearing my swim shorts underneath. They have to know their computer system is incorrect. If entire vehicles r missing and the manager has no idea where. Unless it was in another row. But I couldn't look bc it was all mud and I had already gotten hurt and disgusting bc I was covered in mud. When I called from the other side of the lot for help he argued and sent me to 2 other rows to find the other cars, when they should have it in their system what all is left. That's what an inventory system is for. When I retured Terry was gone. Waited never returned. Left and called and he admitted he never had the part. Thx Terry. A hole
