Great service, good prices, and truly honest people that work there. They won't tell you that you need anything that you don't actually need, but they will warn you if they find something potentially problematic. Sometimes they can give you a sense of how urgent it is to get that repaired, so that you can set your priorities to be ready for the repair when it does become necessary.

I bought UsedTruck tires and 1 month in 2 have blown out costing me a lot of money for road service and replacement tires. Stay away from their used truck tires bc they are sitting outside in the sun dry rotting and they are over priced recaps mostly

This place is not what it used to be... I realize there is a shortage of everything. But the prices for salvage items are supposed to be cheaper than buying a refurbished item from autozone or advanced... at that point there isn't one... my advice if you find a part you need, check around online first...

Recent repair was to some deep scrapes on the passenger side. The car came back from Thetford's Auto looking like new. Absolutely zero sign of that vehicle ever being in a repair shop - it looked the same before the damage. I was blown away by the quality of the repair.They even offered to deliver the vehicle to me at work; a service I did not expect, but at that time it served as a very nice convenience and made my day easier AND my experience that much better!The owner and staff are friendly and honest. Absolutely wonderful staff, I never thought that my 1998 dodge would ever run again but after some elbow grease, and duct tape my car has never ran better. They gave me an oil change free of charge in which they used the highest quality oil, weirdly enough they kept their oil in gorilla glue bottles? 5/5 Stars and would absolutely come again. Next time I'd like to meet the stuntman in person.

Short, straight to the point version: Go to Joshua before you go to anyone else in Rockland county.Long version:I have gone to a lot of different mechanics in the area in the last few years, in addition to the dealership. Due to my horrible experiences at most of these shops, I started to do some of the simple repairs myself (brakes, fluid changes, etc), but always dreaded any major issues beyond my expertise. Having finally gone to 260 auto, I’m finally comfortable knowing that there is a local shop with world class knowledge. A lot of mechanics and shops lack critical thinking skills. I legit wasted thousands on repairs at other shops. However, It was clear that Joshua and his team were the exception in that they had the problem solving skill and passion needed to take care of your car. My typical approach is to go in to a shop, having done my diligence and say little and listen more to the other person to gauge them as a person, their knowledge base, and their structured though process (or lack of).The more Joshua explained to me what was wrong with my car and his methodological approach to getting to the root cause, it was clear this guy knew what he was taking about. I’ve often been perplexed why most mechanics have very little diagnostic skills when fundamentally they’re diagnosing safety issues with your car, in many ways putting your life at risk no more than a doctor misdiagnosing a condition early for your personal health. Joshua and his team have the SURGICAL PRECISION that you didn’t even know you should look for in an automotive repair shop. While all other mechanics told me to keep throwing parts at my car, Joshua was straight up and told me it’s better to look at getting a new car rather than paying him money to do what others did. He thinks long term and strategically when it comes to taking care of your car as well as building a relationship based on trust.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I called about a vehicle to see if they had one on the lot and was told they had it and that when I got there I would be given a map to find it. I loaded up my tools and got there about an hour after I called and when I got there was told that they crushed the vehicle a half hour ago. I will not be going back as that is terrible customer service.

Been going to Alpco for years. Cheapest, quickest and best way to complete all your sanitation/recycling needs. I've saved so much money over the years. Picked up a few nails in my tires too but got good at plugging! Over all very satisfied and would recommend.

Fair price .nice guys .a pleasure .I'd recomend them anyone. Other yards said they wouldn't sell me a shifter for my ford escape .fast Eddie's saved me $500 off the dealer price .not only did they sell me one ,it was as good as a new one .and only $70.That's a gift price .thanks guys you made my day ..

Don't do business with this garage. Their Incompetence cost me a whole new motor. Explore your opinions before rushing out to a place like this. Very dissatisfied. 😡
