I called for a vehicle part knowing it is going to be used. I was ok with that. The part I called for is known to easily break, especially with the age and that it is constantly getting hot the cold over and over. Long story short I had little hope that they would remove the piece without any damage. They called me back after about 24 hours to tell me the part was ready. Alone and behold it is not only intact, but it is in EXCELLENT condition. A++ Thank You Guys! P.S. it was a radiator out of a BMW and BMW likes to use plastic under the hood.

Badly organized…. Found a trunk lid online, called and paid for it they said it would be ready in a hour. Then they called me back three hours later and said they couldn’t find the car anywhere on the lot, kinda weird because usually you’d make sure you had the car before charging customers… they did refund me right away but it’s just a bad experience.

Junked a truck with them and they wanted my tires to stay on so it doesn't wreck there truck bed. Went to go get them 3 weeks later and they said I took to long to pick them up. Even though they said they would hold them for me. So they docked me the junk weight of the tires and also kept them. They said they would hold them for me and it's not problem then when I went to pick them up they said I took to long. Did over 15 years of business with them. And that'll be the last one.

About 4 years ago Weller's sold me plastic scale credit cards to use at scale and then they bill me once a month. Very, Very, Very, compatible with eaze and can use scale anytime with the card. Not sure if they offer for every condition or not but I'm So thankful. Thanks Weller's

The website policy says 30 days to return parts that weren't installed or tampered with at a 25% restocking fee so long as it wasn't special order. On the phone they told me they won't take parts back unless it's defective when I got it and I would then get store credit at best. Clearly they need to read their own policies online. After bringing up the online policy i was then told the sales reps get paid on commission and thus don't want a return on their hands. I get it, but it's you own company policy.

I sure wish I could leave a negative feed back. This man sold my husband a motorcycle and told us he’d take $2300 for it if we came today then once we get there pay is “employee” he called saying we ripped him off and stole from him 😂 he deleted the message where he said he’d take 2300 if we came today. Anyways the post said that the bike had a fuel pump issue it just needed to be wired! My husband is a mechanic so we get home with the bike start taken it apart to find he’s taken the head light harness off and the gas lines were cut. But he wants his $200 he said we ripped him off! He’s very rude. He also made his employee pay the $200 we supposedly owe him. I wouldn’t recommend buying a piece of bubble gum from him. The bike has many other issues he didn’t Mention. His profile says he’s a professional stunt rider! I’d say more of a professional crook!

Sourced a quality quarter panel here at a lower than competitive price. The part was in excellent condition as described. Appreciated their willingness to accommodate an off-hours weekend pickup. While email communication was somewhat difficult, the overall transaction was positive. Recommended, and I anticipate future business.

This business has Major safety concerns. Not to mention their disregard for customers and employees. Please keep a safe distance from their trucks as an axle fell off a truck, 7 months after repeatly telling their maintenance department (Mitch). The fact that someone possibly could have died is not their concern. Hiding their responsibilty or lack of, takes presidence. Jamie (safety) has little to no knowledge of Real safety, road safety or equipment. Mitch (mechanic) swears, insults and threatens to avoid doing the job, his title suggests. Please beware of this equipment on the road. I have been in DOT Safety for over 40 years and my experience is stating fact. This business needs to take action before a life is lost. This is not a family friendly group. They say it but as an employee, they dont even allow to morn death of a sibling.

I love this scrap yard. They know me by name and they even remember my son who hasn’t scrapped in almost a year… Very friendly and the pay is pretty great too
