    Went in to look at the different products they had to offer. After doing much research, I felt pretty confident on what I was looking for, and when I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly staff member name Mickey. He explained everything on how the products work and helped make my decision on the tonneau cover I was looking for an easy one. He also got it installed for me in about 15 minutes so I wouldn't have to come back in. I said I'd gladly set up an appointment but he insisted that he'd get it done right away since we were expecting snow this weekend. Thanks Mickey, and Brown's! Good to have nice local company like this to work with!

    Gota 500.00 brush guard was damaged , browns is no help. say they are not going to refund any money, claim the freight company will pay ,well the freight company will only pay a third . will see all them in court . do not buy from these people. then they tell me that thy will not ship to me anymore after it cost me 500.00 be aware nothing is browns problem .after 30 years of buying from them .

    Terrible customer service!!! Parts never arrived and they wouldn't refund my money until they parts got back to them, even though they told me that the shipping company told them they didn't deliver them! Employees were rude and not helpful.

    Very helpful honest guys when you walk in the door and have had everything I needed for my 78 Chevy k10.even when I wanted to buy a 2 inch cowl hood for my 78 thinking they would probably have to order it but they had it in stock and I asked if they would put it on hold and they said no problem took down my name and set it aside.i plan on buying a 2 inch cowl hood from them soon for my 98 Silverado and every panel for my 98 well worth the drive from Green Bay to two rivers
