After talking with the sales rep, i will go buy my parts else where and recommend all my friends and family to not go there. The rep was not very friendly. She was straight to point in an annoyed tone in her voice. I've been a customer service manager for more than 10+ years and that was horrible service. I don't care if they have the parts or not or even the best peice by a mile. I would rather travel further and spend more than talk to someone again who sound like they dont even want to be bothered.

Top Drawer service and parts!Online/EmailMy experience could not have been better!My contact was Josh Novak ( if I got this wrong please forgive me).All my questions, all my concerns where answered VERY quickly.Unbelievably quick shipment!My first email inquiry was answered Monday, the part is in my possession 10:48 A.M. Friday morning!I ordered/asked for a replacement factory sub-woofer, factory amplifier and the accompanying wiring. All where well packed/padded.I will be ordering/requesting from Norb's Salvage again.-2003 Pontiac Vibe GT

OK customer service when engine was purchased. But got a bad engine, and HORRIBLE customer service after we call and asked what we could do to resolve! This company states it has a 90 day warranty. They didn't even do a compression test on the engine they sold us, which had low compression 150 and spec is minimum 180!! They argued with me on the phone that 150 is more than enough compression, But manufacturer spec is 180 minimum so 150 means there is an issue with the engine! Would never shop at this yard again after the customer service when having an issue with the engine they sold us. BE CAREUL BUYERS BEWARE! Still waiting on response as to what they are gonna do, but not willing to help at all on initial phone calls (2 calls) Any reputable salvage yard should do at least a compression test on their engines they are selling to customers!! just because it runs good at idle and revs up ok doesn't mean the engine is healthy! which is the case on the engine we were sold! has bad head gasket! Wouldn't recommend buying engine from a place that doesn't do the very easy check of checking compression. Had i known this from the start, I would have bought elsewhere!! Hope to have money refunded but that doesn't cover the labor cost of installing the engine. So well have to either repair this motor, or buy another used one and pay labor again! Highly disappointed on the customer service!! some 90 day warranty!! again BUYERS BEWARE!

They have everything thing I need to get the parts for my car. The workers are willing to hold the parts you order and it is better to get there fast before they could sell to someone.Be care the part maybe not quality. My glass have tons of spot and couldn’t wash away.

Hi I received a rear taillight for my 93 grand Prix today it arrived 2days early and was packaged just fine and secure and just in time as my cars inspection is nearing and the timing is perfect! and so is this light and it looks great!! no scratches no broken studs or cracks it was a little dusted and dirty but after a cleaning and a little TLC it looks new!! I'm glad and very happy with my purchase as I was having difficulty finding one locally that wasn't damaged or faded or would leak water. I will be keeping my eye open for more grand prix parts..
