They close before 12 on Saturdays, I drove from San Luis and need to have my trunk empty before going back. Lost of money and time!! Not recommended, poor service..

I was happy with the purchase. The part work great but when it was time to come for The return to get a little bit of money back $13 I use a prepaid card. They refuse to give it to me in cash like $13 going to kill the business

Extremely unprofessional and dishonest business ethics. I used to recycle aircraft and didn't just fall a turnip truck. You will be ripped off here. I was just payed $14.60 for 62 pounds of clean aluminum. You can't read his receipts. Prices he's paying for clean aluminum are a full 200% lower than if you drive one hour down the hill. They'll never see my business again and hopefully more people will take their recyclable materials out of Flagstaff. I hope they go out of business and Flagstaff funds and honorable team to pick up where these people left off.

Well done Sulphur Springs. Unlike one other, I listened to this companies instructions / rules for renting a 30 yd dumpster. Very responsive to phone calls. Polite, knowledgeable. There's a bright yellow line on the top of the dumpster that says "Do NOT Fill above this line". I filled the dumpster right to the top and not above. Driver delivered and picked up dumpster on time. Truck has an extendable awning which covers all the junk to prevent from flying out during trip to the refuse dump site. Obviously, if you overload the dumpster above the top edges then they can't extend the awning. I like this place because for one, I'm able to take a break from the world and find that time alone. Finding the parts I need at a reasonable price, is like putting a feather in my cap. The Staff are friendly and helpful, even crack a joke if you like. Only thing that keeps me from awarding them five (5) stars is discarded parts everywhere, and without a doubt it's the customers.

I called on a Monday to make an appointment. Got scheduled for Wednesday right when they open. Three days later they still hadn't touched it. I picked up my truck, went somewhere else I was in and out in under an hour.

Great service for Havasu. Recycling helps the environment and keeps the desert clean. Save yourself some money at their Pick A Part. They have just about anything you need if you don’t mind a little time looking and picking yourself. One mans trash is another mans treasure! I saved $500 on a good set of doors for my E-150 van. Bring your gloves and some tools and I’m sure you’ll find something you like.

As far as I can tell this isn't a business anymore. The number is disconnected and nobody was there.

This guy wouldn’t let me in because he wanted to close the gate early. Thanks for wasting my clients time. Says close at 4 on google but this guy claims 3:30 they leave at 4. But the week day is somehow the correct closing hours.

I had a good experience, called and ordered the part sent right to me in very good condition. The gentleman who answered the phone was very nice very helpful. It’s sad to see these one star reviews from people who don’t understand they get what they pay for you buy use you get used things happen. Luckily this company is nice enough to do a warranty process, but technically by law they don’t have to parts are used they can be sold as is and with all the used parts places closing down people should be happy that they’re still around to help you out. Thank you, guys appreciate your time and great service. Expect more purchases from me when needed.
