Pull A Part JunkYard Reviews
4.1 stars based on 30 reviews- RRigo Aragon
I like this place because for one, I'm able to take a break from the world and find that time alone. Finding the parts I need at a reasonable price, is like putting a feather in my cap. The Staff are friendly and helpful, even crack a joke if you like. Only thing that keeps me from awarding them five (5) stars is discarded parts everywhere, and without a doubt it's the customers.

I went here with a friend who had been struggling finding a part and was so happy that I went with him. It was like watching a little kid and hid very first Christmas, he was so happy n excited about finding what he'd been looking for. It was awesome! Thank you guys for simple little things that are actually huge to some of us.
- WWade Dykes
Make sure you ask them if they have your vehicle and also the part. They can look it up on the computer before you pay. But if you pay first they won't give your money back after you have them check

A friend of mine, and I visited dislocation, the staff here not too horribly accommodating. But for the most part, they gave us a list of the car we were looking for. Fairly easy to find lots and lots and lots of walking, it's getting hot out here, take lots of liquid refreshment, if you do partake in the outdoor activity of picking a part off of a car in the heat. I have lived here in Arizona for a very long time, I almost wish I had taken an umbrella. Put carrying tools and parts, it would have been way too cumbersome to have taken one more item to carry along.

I almost got the part I needed. Going to send a teenager to take it out tomorrow. My sawzall blade broke. I did bring home the shifter knob!!!

Kinda expensive for used parts we have to pull are selves then pay a cover to get in..yea maybe its great for certain different parts u might need for your vehicle like an engine,or the car but a side door panel motor.?we returned part and found a brand new one cheaper....I was so/so

We found the right car for an interchangeable part. And the part works great.

Lots of vehicles available to check out but that doesn’t mean you will always find what you need.
- SSpencer Mckrell
Very nice staff and very helpful.

I feel like the luckiest man alive, not only am I two blocks away from Penny pincher but I work across the street from the mighty PULL A PART. When I work on vehicles I multitask and when I multitask I tend to misplace bolts more than I would like to admit. Thats when I take a short happy walk across the street and " window" shop

When ask to find parts at the other stores (call over) they would not do it or give me a #2call myself was like pulling teeth
- DDrew Satchell
Great! I found the parts I needed at a fraction of the price online and was able to use their tools since mine were not the correct size. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The owner/manager was on hand answering customer concerns showing a seriousness for good customer service. I would recommend Pull A Part to all DIYs.

Found an air intake duct for my X5. All of the Pull and Save recycle yards are very well organized

This place is great but they shouldn't charge you $2 to get in to find out they don't have what you're looking for. It'd be better if they checked to see if the parts you need are actually there first.
- JJesse Romero
I have brought a small center consul piece in to match it up with the part that I was looking for the lens and they accuse me of trying to take my own part the lady there said she check my bags thoroughly she never even checked my bag she just looked in it this place is a joke I didn’t even deal with the hassle you can keep my part but I’ll never do business with you again

I met Roger and Jessi yesterday, it was a delight. Friendly services and great attitude provided by these two guys were awesome; they are an asset to the company. Parts availability and prices very reasonable. Thx guys.
- MMelissa Tapia
I just came to this location 15mins before they were closing looking for a radiator and the woman at the counter tells me I only have 5mins to pull the part and if I don’t they will kick me out. Are these people serious? What kind of service is this? At the end of the day the customers pay your check what a way to act towards a customer I’ll be sure to let others know not to bother coming here. Waste of time people are trying to leave early and not work for the customer at all.

People that know me know I give good reviews. This place used to be a wrecking yard. Now it's an overpriced used Car parts. The girls that work there don't know about cars if it's not on my computer. Had an argument with a girl that I map sensor. Is a mass overflow Sensor. Also the only people that work there are Mexicans. I love my Latino . But if you don't know about cars you should not be working at a car place. You won't see anybody working there that's Caucasian black Chinese or any other ethnicity. Also They search your tool Box and your purses going in-and-out like you're a thief. Don't have anything in your tool Box that is not a tool even of is not a car park they will take it out and try to charge you I had bolts that went to my kids playground equipment. An old rusted Springs and old bolts. They took all the stuff out of my tool Box. This place will charge you for stuff that's not even goes to cars. When is part yard had only one Yard it was a great place I've been coming to these yards for 8 years. And it's getting really badd now.. I would go to just trucks orPick apart.. I do not recommend pull apart anymore.

- FFernando Garcia
Awesome place great workers with the best used prices in all aruzona. God bless them. I tried looking for parts other places with tedicules prices. This place was very reasonable almost free but you have to go get it yourself
- SSgtsilvernblack
Confirmed the phone # with the staff while at the facility. Made no less than 6 calls before and while at the facility. Never got an answer from anyone or a return call per the recording. This was on a Sunday when it was very slow. There's no excuse for not answering customer phone calls. ,.........employees stalk you pretending to be customers. I understand theft is a concern, but it was excessive and poorly done. Yard organization is the worst I've seen. They had 6 vehicles of interest for me, all the same make, model and year and none of them were anywhere close in proximity. Mixing foreign and domestic brands isn't in anyone's best interest. For the size of the yard the clutter was low compared to competitors. Staff was friendly at the counter. If they would just answer their phone and reorganize the yard layout they'd be an "A" list company. For now "C+"is all they represent.
- KKaren Burks
Found just what we needed. But hopefully you won't have to use the port a potty!
- TTrudy Castanelli
Place is awesome for the parts needed to repair your vehicle. The lady that works at the front is really unpleasant to deal with. VERY UNPLEASANT!!!
- MMark Pittman

- MMondo Gomez
Very helpful workers, pretty much got everything there but not all of it cause people beat me to it lol, but for new comers here a tipe ask them if ya can have a list of cars for whatever model car you looking parts for and they will give ya a list of the car where they located.
- DDavid Purvis
Point blank. you are going to waste your time, be careful of places like this.
- SSietedos Bagged

- CCyndi H
