Check in is at the scale across the street from the main 240 building, you will see the signs on the right DO NOT GO INTO THE SCALE right away you will have to go around the building through the scrap yard . Its pretty clean where you drive and then you get on the scale to check in. They will direct you from there. Hope this help . Be safe out there on the road. Very nice and respectful people in my opinion the guy loading was extremely careful on the trailer.

Not genuine to the scrap game and will just flat out rip you off .. they don’t even pay standard pricing on metals I bought 3 radiators over like 200 pounds each this is heavy steel they said like 13 cent on phone got there they gave me 6 cent I was hot about it and said never again and they have bad attitude but complete rip off

Do not waste your time going here. They pay half of what Exeter scrap pays. I have the slips to prove it.

Loading staff is friendly, helpful and ambitious to assist truckers to get scale and dock in small place.

Loved my interaction with Robert the accessor. He was great, polite, helpful. The rest of the process was redundant and repetitive questions that had been answered already and checked by a supervisor. Wow. What a chore!! I wish he was the only one involved. Also.the tow truck gals were on time efficient and helpful. No fuss!! All the middleman crap took over 35 minutes of crappy music on hold waiting...... seriously!!!!!

Called these guys to salvage a car. I had been at work and figured I should try to get the car removed since I was in the area. Had my title but I forgot my key which was my own fault. They told me to just get the key and call them back when I'm at the lot my car is in. Now they don't answer the phone when I call. Went from new haven to trumbull and back just for them to ignore customers. Trust the reviews on this page because these guys shouldn't have any business. Called another scrap yard in the area and they sent a guy right out to get it.

I bought a radio from this company and the radio didn’t even turn on looks like it was on a fire or something of electrical fire it even smelled like burnt, called them and offer no help and just told me that they sell electrical parts as is and they didn’t even turn on the radio and made sure it worked. Will not recommend buying any type of electrical parts from this company bad experience

Terrible..went there. Store frt was not open during week. Called ask for information, was told that they didn't have any parts and that I wasted a trip by driving down. Very abrupt and rude, sounded like answering phone was inconvenient for him.

Experience I had was good, you like to have a smile or two when your car is being towed from a hit and run and they definitely delivered.

If you are a truck driver, never come to this place. You will have hard time to back in to a dok, and when you leave, you will have to back up all the way you come in, and it’s very narrow, this place is a mess. Trust me, I’m driving almost 10 years, I have some experience, avoid this place if you have a 53 foot trailer.
