Offered me 2.5x more than area junkyard and charged nothing to pick it up.<br><br>Staff were knowledgeable and stateside for 80% of the transaction. 20% was dealing with a Indian call center.<br><br>Great communication, 24 hours from first call to check in my hand.

Over all it was very easy to do and the pickup driver was great! They paid a fair price for my car, but they didn’t pick my car up the day I was expecting but came the next morning so that might be nitpicking.<br>Thanks Mark

I'm really disappointed that my car was purchased and the check won't deposit. I haven't been paid for my car and its in the company's possession. The tow driver however was excellent. Very nice man and appreciated his help. Not his fault for the mess up by any means. The company should pay in CASH not CHECK.
