These people are garbage. They dropped a computer for a car at my shop when only my receptionist was there, so naturally I paid them right away. When I saw the computer after the entire computer green with corrosion. Which, ok things happen but when I called to explain them and ask them to return the part, they argued with me, were rude, and told me it’s as-is. I have been in auto repair business for more than 20yrs, this is the most garbage junk yard I ever dealt with and will never buy anything from them again.

My name is Junior. I called and placed an order for 2021 Nissan rogue Shifter. They made me pay over the phone and proceeded with the order. I waited 1 week no response nor calls. I went and gotten a refund but failed to receive my money. They argued with me saying it process on there end. But I gotten prove from my bank saying they canceled the refund on the Artie Auto LLC. Horrible customer service and I didn’t receive my owe MONEY!! They rob me. I hope everyone be carful.

I bought a radio from this company and the radio didn’t even turn on looks like it was on a fire or something of electrical fire it even smelled like burnt, called them and offer no help and just told me that they sell electrical parts as is and they didn’t even turn on the radio and made sure it worked. Will not recommend buying any type of electrical parts from this company bad experience
