I called for a used battery since mine was on its last few runs and everybody was so friendly and helpful when I pulled up, especially Edwardo! He found a great battery for me and even put it in for me while I was there! Such a great guy and thank you guys for the help! I would like to say If you need a part this is who you need to use. Jeremy went above and beyond helping me locate the right part for my Durango. All conversations were through email since I was in Alabama. I had searched all over and me being female some people didn't want to take the time to answer my questions. But he was quick to respond. I just wanted to thank you for promptly responding to my review. That speaks volumes. Although, I do not have a ticket number, because they refused me service. This was at 4:42pm, and as a result, I had to drive all the way back home with that weight my trailer. Our grandson had a minor shunt coming home from high school last night and we needed bumper, hood, fender and headlight for a 2004 Lexus RX330. They had one of the same color, found the staff helpful, and were directed to the exact location of the car. These things take time, took us 2-1/2 hours to remove them. Detailed part breakdown on the receipt, cost seemed reasonable. Great thing is we had the parts in less than 24 hrs after his incident. Might take a couple of days but a good learning experience for him to to harvest the parts and then do the reinstall on his own car.

If I could give them negative stars I would!!! There's no organization at all , got people driving all around, nobody knows where to go or what to do, they really don't try to help u. Then on top of it they threaten to ban u if there's any trash they have to pick up, almost got banned for a gogurt underneath the drawers in the bottom of a fridge! We went to Southern Metals Recycling instead, which is only about 10 mins further up the road off 421 and it's a completely different experience! We will most definitely be going to Southern Metals Recycling from now on!!!

Update: I heard from a friend of a friend that at one point you were trying to figure out what vehicle I was talking about and if you could put a lien on it because I got my money back. I don't have that vehicle anymore, good luck! I DON'T NEED THE MONEY, THE POINT IS YOU DON'T HAVE IT, AND YOU CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT! FUNNY THING IS, YOU PROBABLY WOULD HAVE WON THE CARD DISPUTE IF YOU WEREN'T TOO LAZY TO NOT ANSWER YOUR PHONE. It wasn't a processing fee, it was dishonest markup which cost you the whole thing. They tell you one price and then change it once they have your vehicle on the truck. Then they aren't very careful with your vehicle putting it up or down. Call Sherrills down the road, they may take longer, but they give you better service than these amateurs. Edit: now that its been two years now, I'll finish the story, I disputed the charge on my credit card for them (mainly wanted to get the difference between the quoted price and the higher price they charged). These jokers never replied to the credit card's attempts to contact, so the card company refunded the full amount. THANKS FOR THE FREE TOW!!! :)

Been going to the Jacksonville pick and pull for along time always find what I’m looking for and more sometimes.. place is organized and easy to navigate love doing business with yall .. but today I had a different experience with the new lady at the shop was very rude didn’t even bother to inspect parts that was trying to purchased and was not knowledgeable at all and seemed to be more interested in her dunking doughnuts delivery and snacking than doing her job and wasn’t just me 2 other patrons who came out after me had something to say as well while I was still loading my belongings in the truck ..never experienced this one bit here .. was very surprised because usually it’s very pleasant and easy going but felt like to me that she was over pricing everything like she was making commission or putting something extra in her personal pockets ..idk .. almost make me rethinking about coming back to this location and taking the extra hour ride to Goldsboro… but other than that menace working the counter the yard is tip top shape and always rearranging to make it easier for customers.. 01/13/25

The manager there now is a bold face liar. I was told that I could buy a trailer that was there. Someone didn't need it anymore and I was given a price and I couldn't take it then a friday. I was told I could come back and get it the following week. Went back to get it and the trailer was no longer there. I asked where it was. I was told the owner came and got it and had to take some things to his home in high point and was gonna bring it back. I waited to hear back as to when it was brought back. I was told it would be back the next Monday. Called on Monday. Still not there but it would be back Tuesday morning. Called Tuesday. Nothing. Was told again it would be there after lunch. Again called after lunch not there. Called again at 4pm. Still not there. So. Yeah I was lied to for a whole 2 weeks about it. Glad I didn't pre pay for it cause I'd have to take them to court to get it back. It's a shame they let people like that run a business

Time says 8-11:30am thats wrong it is actually 11am when they close they need to get this straight cause some people that is new to the area goes by the internet So to fix this just advertises the time that yall are going to be close don't put one time and think that everyone is going to automatically know yall close early every day

Bought fender for my 72 c10. Owner was very pleasant to interact with. Nice selection of parts. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for car parts to come here!!
