After getting a response about a comment I made, politely and requesting clarity, I found they have a Facebook page. I hope in the future they make good use of it. Informational videos on the differences between grades of copper and copper wire, brass, aluminum, scrap motors would be helpful along with current pricing that's not listed on the "Foss App" would be helpful and might prevent conflicts down the road for some. The other day I was at the Greenville location and got a bit of a helpful "education." One of the guys in the building took the time to explain some of the "finer points" of the process and how things are graded. It was very helpful. I look forward to dealing with Foss in the future.

I wish the prices posted had a better description. It doesn't list "Shiney brite" and a good description of the differences between copper would be nice. Yes, I'm "new" to the scrap business when it comes to the copper and aluminum. Prices for things like cast iron engines and automatic transmissions would be nice. Please educate me so I'll know what to expect.

The manager there now is a bold face liar. I was told that I could buy a trailer that was there. Someone didn't need it anymore and I was given a price and I couldn't take it then a friday. I was told I could come back and get it the following week. Went back to get it and the trailer was no longer there. I asked where it was. I was told the owner came and got it and had to take some things to his home in high point and was gonna bring it back. I waited to hear back as to when it was brought back. I was told it would be back the next Monday. Called on Monday. Still not there but it would be back Tuesday morning. Called Tuesday. Nothing. Was told again it would be there after lunch. Again called after lunch not there. Called again at 4pm. Still not there. So. Yeah I was lied to for a whole 2 weeks about it. Glad I didn't pre pay for it cause I'd have to take them to court to get it back. It's a shame they let people like that run a business
