I just wanted to thank you for promptly responding to my review. That speaks volumes. Although, I do not have a ticket number, because they refused me service. This was at 4:42pm, and as a result, I had to drive all the way back home with that weight my trailer. Of course, that cannot be undone, but I will attempt to once again bring a load there today and see how things go. Thanks again for your attention to this matter... Respectfully, Annisa Williams

I have used the services of this recycling center a few times and each visit I had, I was generally satisfied with the transaction. One great thing about this particular recycling center is that they do pay in cash. One downside of this center, however, is the fact that the parking lot is very small and sometimes crowded. There is a side road next to the main parking lot and this side road can be used to park until you’re ready to pull into the main parking lot and unload your items. Because of the size of the lot, this facility is unable to accept scrap vehicles. This facility does accept copper, aluminum (including aluminum cans), and batteries. Cash payout is of course dependent on the weight of your items. I will use this recycling center in the future as needed.

I wouldn't give a quarter of a star if I could! WHAT A JOKE! I certainly do not need the money, but I certainly did not wish to ride around with this load of crap in my trailer pulling on my vehicle. The employee that was on the forklift in the blue shirt was so facetious, rude, an arrogant. For that reason, I will never go to that scrap yard again. I suggest you stick with Loggins, the one on Ward and Green in High Point, North Carolina Jeff Scott and all of them are always friendly, they always have time for their customers, and they never laugh at you, or turn you away just because they're too lazy to do their job and want to close EARLY! I'm uncertain how others do it, but I've always went the extra mile for my customers when working with the public. And I assure you here that does not happen. Which is why once again I reiterate I will not go back here and I advise you not to either. The old saying goes, "word of mouth goes a long way," let's show them exactly what this means. Thank you!
