Love this store and everyone is knowledgeable and helpful. If they don't have the part on hand they'll track it down and get it as soon as they can. Not sure what the part is or what's causing your issues? Just ask them, they'll point you in the right direction!

Last week I talk to one of the owners and there’s two by the way Mike and someone else. They have a deal and pick up time for vehicle Friday and since the owners don’t communicate at all. When I called today about the deal his partner didn’t like. And pretended like they never knew about it. They were super nice last week when I called or the other guy was not Mike. He’s the one that deneyed. And he hung up on me 3 times and said he couldn’t hear anything and didn’t even try saying hello more than 2 times. Just instantly hung up. Don’t call this place cause they treat customers on how they wake up that day.

Joe is awesome! Best place for Ford parts. Hope this jewel continues for years. I've read reviews regarding Joe's wife, lighten up she is awesome! This is how auto parts and junkyards should work!

Jeff responded quickly, communicated honestly, and, from a scheduling standpoint, proved to be even more dependable than I could have reasonably expected. Other than have to "junk" a car I had liked, sooner than I had planned, Jeff made this experience completely problem-free.

Most unprofessional person I have ever had to deal with(shannon). Gives you 1 price, then trys to pays another with no communication after already taking items from the property. Gets rude when questioned. Knows everything about nothing. If you enjoy being berated and accused of stuff, called names based on his assumption of your political views. Then this is the place for you. If your looking for honesty,and professionalism. Look else where. Would be 0 stars if this was a truly honest review

Absolutely awful communication. Horrible experience. The company refused as a whole to even communicate with me about a transmission we purchased that was BAD and had a warranty on it. We are out almost $300 when we should have gotten a new transmission that was stated in the warranty. Absolutely do not recommend going to this company for anything. Complete negligence.

Rarely have I done business with someone who is actually willing to lie and cheat their customers (even a working senior citizen as myself). But that is who you turned out to be. Due to your shoddy work, I had to buy the piece for my van twice in addition to you wasting my time texting and calling you based on your false promises to replace the piece that you put or refund me the cost. Sad but true there are people who run their business like you do. I will still keep my good faith in people despite your lies, and keeping the money you promised to refund me. I can only hope that you will treat future customers better than you treated me.

Rude and never get a call back. I always wanted to buy stuff there because they have cheap parts. But I never get a call back maybe I get one but after one day that past. Too late since. Already bought the part another place. I hope you guys can change these so I can do business with you guys.

Called ahead and had the car parts put on hold. Hermons had jokes at the retail counter computer. He was friendly and very helpful helping me find the other store for my second item. They take Apple Pay which was very helpful. Plenty of chairs where you can wait as they bring up your parts. I liked the tv with the customer waiting list on it.

So the transport driver called ahead and specified a pick up time that would work for both of us, and he appeared exactly on time, great guy, so efficient that I went into the house to find my wallet, as I’m moving and finding anything is a challenge. I went out to tip him and he already left! Totally a seamless transaction, good price and I would highly recommend Cash for Cars!

Cool parts and fun to be around all that metal and scraps depending on what it is you need they can and will find it or point u in the right direction ..so I recommend this spot if ur in need of auto parts or replacement of something. Call before hand and ask about a certain part for your ride so it makes it easier on you and your time.

Wow! I called because they advertised two parts as prefect quality parts. I asked to confirm they were good and not repaired before. They told me one was sold and the other has been there a long time and doesn't know. I asked can you look I'm interested. They said no and said not worth my time hung up on me!

As always, these folks are on top of their game. Professional, helpful, the works. Thanks so much, if we ever come back up this way from Florida, we'll stop and say hello....
