Needed a rear door for Toyota Corolla. Found one on the website. The picture on the website showed the vehicle with all four doors attached. The door that I needed did not show the window, but the other three doors showed the window rolled up. I called to verify the door I needed did have the glass, sense I could not see it in the picture. I was asked if I need UV or non UV glass, and was assured that the door came with non UV glass. Drove 3 hours to pick up the door. Once door was installed, found out that there is NO WINDOW in the door! Called the store back and was told, the door does not have to come with glass. Do not trust customer service, they will tell you what ever you want to hear, until you left your money and you out the door.

I needed a radio for my daughters car. They had one in stock. Unfortunately it didn’t work. (It happens, these are used parts!) why I give it a 5 star review is the customer service. I was able to exchange the radio with no issues. Toni is awesome to work with. I highly recommend this business and her in particular.

Update: Money was added back to my account! Thank you to to all! Like I said, the people answering the phones and helping behind the counter are amazing and want to help. Maybe update your return policy or find a new person who process the returns.Original: After looking for a while I finally found what I believed was the correct size rims for my car. I get to the tire place to find out that these are not 16 in rims but 14 or 15 in instead. I called and spoke with an amazing person who gave me a return authorization number. I take them in and they tell me they can't process my return because I paid for them on line and they will be returned that way? OKAY? Other places don't do this and it feels weird to me. But it's their policy and I will follow along. WELL 5 days latter and no money has been refunded. This is a $360 transaction! I have called my credit union and they told me they do not hold my money but put it back on the card right away.

I talked to three different people three different times about the availability and condition of a front bumper assembly. I decided to drive there to pick said item up instead of paying the ridiculous price that I was quoted to ship the item to me. I drove the two hours to get there for the kid at the computer tell me that they don't have the part. This place was a complete waste of my time and money. The review would not let me leave zero stars...

Called twice to make sure they had the bumper cover I needed, told they had it. When I went to pick it up it took them over 1 hour an 10 minutes to tell me they didn't have it. The one part they did have was missing apart. One of the counter ladies was going help me get the missing part, but she making me wait while her and another employee discuss what they wanted to eat. I left with no parts after over 1hour and 30 minutes. THANKS FOR THE WASTE OF TIME.

The worst customer service. They really do not care about the customer. Ordered a part 2 months ago. They took my money out of the account, then forgot to send me pics of the part for over two weeks. Finally sent me over the pictures for me to approve. Approve them. Then they don't ship it. Call two weeks later wondering where my part is. No transmission. They were supposed to call and email me back and they didn't. Buy parts somewhere else. Do not buy from Keisha.

This place will sell you broken parts and then when you try and return them they will accuse you of breaking the part and trying to scam them or something. All I wanted was to get my money back for a broken part and got treated like I was some bad guy when they sold me the broken part. Will never come back here there’s plenty of reasonable used part stores around that will treat their customers with respect instead of accusing them of things. Apex auto is a very nice place that will actually sell you good parts and if there’s an issue you can return it unlike this place. And whoever the “manager” is here doesn’t deserve to be a manager if she treats her customers like how I was treated.

The best place,it never fails to serve a poor experience here. I think my favorite part of the visit is the freezer for a waiting room,it doesn’t bother you for the 20 minutes. After watching employees bicker and chit chat an occasional part comes out. After about 45 minutes I decided it wasn’t worth the effort of being cold. Thanks A-Abco Another afternoon wasted another part not purchased.

I ordered a part online and I went in to pickup . The ladies that confirmed my part and the invoice friendly are detailed. Both of them wanted to be sure I ordered the right part, I guessed they must have had series of returned parts. Thumbs up ladies.
