Called in advance to see if they had a part I saw online & they did. They ask you to make a deposit on the part just so that they can hold it for you & already have it out for you by the time you get there. I drove an hour away from Trenton to get the part since no other junkyard around me had one in stock / pristine condition. Luigi was great help & friendly.

Super disrespectful guy on the customer service. Ask him for a driver seat switch that they have in stock and he said like: do you thing I want to spend my time to remove that switch for you for a $100 bucks? Would you do it? I said yes, and you have that parts listed for sale for $100 and you probably looking to sell it. Than he just hang up.

I got into a wreck with my vehical and when I went there my tag was taken off my truck they said either I gave them money or my title I can get my tag back smh after losing everything they dont care my license is next because I cant get my tag these people are a joke you can not hold someones tag u can only hold the vehical smh

Bought a damaged rackpinion and even though a few of the employees initially gave me a very hard time returning, the manager Joe took it back without even charging me restocking fee.

Website and google said they close at 5pm, got there at 4:20pm with a trailer full of scrap and the gate was closed. An employee came out and locked the door. I said “I thought you were open till 5” he said “they had a death in the family so we gotta close early. I’m part time so I can’t help you” Closing the place an extra 40 min isn’t going to bring your dead family member back. Could of paid the guy I talked to and a few others to stay till 5.

Stopped at all American on Tuesday, had a problem on my car and didn’t quite know the part. The owner walked out, I started my car and he told me what it was, an alternator, he charged me $50 and recommended me a quality place to install it. The job was done for 125 dollars. A local repair shop wanted to charge me $550 for the same work. All American you are great. Thank you!

9 cents a pound for batterys and 8 cents a pound for electric motors after I left i checked Rockaway scrap they pay 20 cents per pound for batterys and 30 cents for electric motors not competitive
