Poor service: Ordered a driver's seat picture Online showed seat to be clean.The Seat I got was DIRTY pictures ATTACHED and the KICKER was it's a passenger seat waited for over a week for the right seat NO ONE CALLED ME BACK. I call them answered about my order, answered for a MANGER BIG JOKE some guy gets on phone. The seat I paid for was SOLD, the truck seat came out of is not in the system. BUYER BEWARE, I Copied B.B.B.

Only 4 stars because of being disappointed. I finally found a Cadillac wheel, bought it just to have the sale cancelled the next day because the wheel being "unsaleable" due to "damage". Funny, it wasn't damaged to be posted online to be sold. The only good part of the transaction was that My Auto Store immediately credited my payment right back when they cancelled the sale. If I need any other parts in the future, I will try them again.

Unfortunately the alternator doesn’t work out because plug isn’t compatible. There should be somewhere it indicated which plug is necessary but it indjcated only that it fit my dads car which is a 2003 Ford crown Vic lx so we bought it and now need to worry about returning it. Plus have to order another one due to lack of info from your website.

Used Auto parts reasonably priced, easy to locate, early Saturday hrs...minutes from PHILLY....make sure you call before waisting a trip to confirm that they have in stock the exact part you need, communications is Not their forte 😶

Ordered a fan assembly from them three weeks ago didn’t receive it. Called 15 times they send you to voicemail and don’t call you back. Filling a report with my credit card company hope i can get my money back. Don’t buy from these scam artists.Edit: after many phone calls I did get thru to someone and was able to get my parts.

I had a bad experience with the shipping. It was in a box with no wrapping. The inlet and suction line were snapped off and not covered up also I’ve tried to contact them and I haven’t gotten a response

Ordered a tire. Needed help with figuring out the part I needed. Man named Orlando there was real helpful and walked me through some stuff even sent me pictures of some parts that would work on the build. Do recommend this place for used parts, tried places all around none had the part.
