Bought differential that was completely broken. Spent 4 hour to go back and forth to get it. They refuse to make a refund

Bad customer service, scheduled pick up from peddle. When I called to check up, said never had a time in their system. Peddles said 7-11 called at 10:15am. Definitely did not care at all about the previous agreement. Also spoke as if I was bothering him. Response was can't promise it will even be able to get picked up today maybe tomorrow. Called back lady put me on hold for 20 mins. Super thumbs down. Unprofessional and inconsiderate
