If I can give negative stars, I would. My parents brought a transmission on 1-30-2024, When my parents Mechanic went to install the transmission not even 2 to 3 weeks and he informed my dad that the transmission was bad. My dad contacted the company they said bring it in along with the receipt. My parents brought it in along with the receipt and The company refused to give my parents back their money. Not only did they take their $752. They also sold my parents coil and didn’t pay them for that either. Here they are with a transmission and they’re out the original coil. I’ve contacted the Better Business Bureau. This is not OK you do not Do the elderly this way!!!! I just want to make it very clear. My parents had to hand in their transmission coil and this place couldn't give my parents back their coil because they sold it, so they had to give them another coil to take to another place so they would be able to hand in one to get the lower price. My parents brought back the bad part and this place still wouldn't resolve the matter. DO NOT GO HERE, THEY'RE CROOKS!

Professional, Easy communication, and no Hassel for me, I know for the many times I went here for various makes and models, IN-STOCK, has and is followed with a fair price.Despite my pesky questions to the front desk help the answers I receive are helpful and friendly.

Called at 830am and asked about a part, they said it was part of an assembly so I had to purchase whole unit, no biggie so I gave my card number and they said they would call me when it was ready. 430pm no call so I called because they close in a half hour, the guy was annoyed that I called and said they will call when its pulled. Next day I finally get a call at 230pm saying they pulled the unit and part of it was bad and didnt know if I wanted it and to call them. I live really close so I stop in and they have me wait an hour to bring the part out for me to look at (had to actually pull the part because I showed up to look at it). I see the part and the piece I need is not there and I say I only bought the unit for 1 piece but it's not here. He looks it up again and says its actually part of a different assembly and it would cost more. I was mad, I said "I just need the 1 piece, just charge me for the whole assembly and just get me the single piece". I left and went home 10 mins away, he calls and says it's out and i can come back and get it. Horrible business to deal with, entitled, incompetent workers

They don’t test their parts. Had me drive almost a hour to get an alternator just to tell me it was bad. He pulled it off the car while we was there. SMH u lied to get me here then tell me it’s bad.

I live within 30 minutes of several scrap yards, and this is the only one I'll take my scrap over the last several years. By FAR the cleanest of the local yards. I never have to worry about getting a flat tire from driving through their yard. And the employees have always been friendly and helpful. Never a negative experience.

Super helpful on the phone before I traveled up there. I needed a part that had been discontinued by the manufacturer, for an automobile no longer in production. After calling all around the US I was happy to find the part less that 25 miles from home. I was able to drive up and grab the part and the staff was super helpful. They offered a shipping option, but I have been looking for about 3 weeks and needed it sooner. I will definitely start here next time!

I have been going to barkers since I was a kid and Tony has always been fair and has helped me out whenever I've need it . I will always be a loyal customer and I always recommend to others that are junking or looking for used parts

Rumpke didn't pick up my trash on Friday so to ice storm. They sent me a email saying they would pick up the following Monday. It's Wednesday now, so I called. They said they would not pick up till my next service day.but they want paid every 3 months don't they. Way to honor our contact rumpke. Very disappointed

I absolutely Love this place! My mechanic told me to call them & tell them exactly what I need. I did & the wonderful employees @ A & B took care of the rest. Everyone is friendly, professional, & the prices are reasonable. I won't go anywhere else for car parts! If you need parts for your vehicle, A & B should be your 1st Stop!😉

Our first encounter with this institution was disappointing. An ordered placed which was never processed setting us back a few days on repairs. This resulted on an uncompleted job and an unsatisfied customer for us. When reached seeking ETA, an employee disrespectfully told us that they were NOT selling us the part without explanation. Called next day to provide feedback to higher management regarding the situation but unfortunately, the representative "Manager", had no regards for the situation and seemed (with a condescending tone) as if no actions would be taken to address this, future issues nor capacitating their staff. We understand customer service is 50% of the services rendered by an institution. If you do not possess this skill, you have no bright future.
