Rumpke didn't pick up my trash on Friday so to ice storm. They sent me a email saying they would pick up the following Monday. It's Wednesday now, so I called. They said they would not pick up till my next service day.but they want paid every 3 months don't they. Way to honor our contact rumpke. Very disappointed

I wish I could give 0 stars. This company bought out our trash contract with Pike Sanitation which we loved. They have been so difficult to deal with the entire time. The managers are so rude, unprofessional and unwilling to help. They can't pick up all winter and they automatically renew your contract without you knowing it for 3 years more. We are not able to get out of the contract no matter what without paying almost $800.00 . Also they can raise the price without your consent. Started out as $45.00 a month now 5 years later over $90.00 a month. So that times 6 months to get out of contract with fees and taxes and oh yeah $100.00 removal for them to pick up their container. Buyer Beware! In Ohio there are no laws to protects you from this extortion.

Been with Rumpke many many years now. 110% recommend. Their staff and employees are always eager to help, are kind courteous and trash pick up is always on time and done very professionally. Overall a good company to deal with. Rarely have a problem. Had two trash cans broken. They sent me new one. I bought one like it later. However they broke the handle/hinge on the one they sent me during last weeks pickup on August 24th. So we'll see. They stepped up with a replacement the last time. They do appear to be concerned about the customer.

We have been with rumpke too long.I have a long list of complaints. In the last 6 years that I've been with them. They are always faithful to pick up our neighbors trash I have to applaud them for that but I have had to call them multiple times and they would eventually pick it up or give an excuse as to why they didn't get it. For one saying we had chemicals on our trash the workers skin gets irritated. Which was a lie. Or we had more bags then accepted, another lie, or they picked it up at 630am and nothing was out there, another lie because we put our trash out the night before. This last time was it after 5 days of them promising to pick up my trash I moved on. Also beware when you call they raised our bill in a 6 year spam went from 79 to 129 every 3 months. Stay away from rumpke if you want to keep your sanity.

Rumpke is a great Trash removal service. They are prompt and always make sure that the cans are empty and put back where they should be. One time they didn't pick up the trash and we called and they were right on it. Good customer service. Service: House & garage cleanouts

They are my garbage collector. I have never had any complaints about how much trash I put out even with their limits. Some weeks I forget to put it out so the next week there is twice the amount. When I do my spring and fall cleaning, there always seems to be more for a few weeks, but no complaints have ever came to me. They are always here on Fridays (my pick up day).Service: Yard debris removal

Rumpke has been my household trash service since we moved into the area. Always on time and is proactive to let me know of pickup changes due to holidays and extreme weather conditions.
