Needed a replacement engine for 2006 Colorado. Bill was very helpful in sorting out the details and even worked with me to pull the complete wiring harness with the engine. The engine was ready for pick up when promised and works great. Many thanks for the great service.

This is an auto recycling facility, not a Starbucks. They excel at providing quality parts at a reasonable price in the best timeframe that can be expected. This is not the place for you if expecting a warm fuzzy feeling similar to what you get at Macys. The owners are very professional and work hard for their customers, so they may not always have time for "social graces". Save the idle chit chat for the garden/coutnry club.

Have been working with Bill, Dennis and their team for a few years. They are great. Today we had a customer traveling and needed a part to get him back on the road. After explaining the situation, I was called back very shortly that the part was ready and price was great! Got Mr. Customer back on the road and he was able to make it to his destination. Picked up 2 refurbished car batteries and a used alternator, all for the price of just one of those new. The gentleman was friendly, but not very professional (I was ok with it). Overall a good experience.

Looking for parts, both the owner dennis and the counter help bill were beyond unprofessional, was totally ignored as a cash paying customer as they seemed more interested in their own conversation that helping a customer. I RECOMMEND GOING ELSEWHERE AND WILL NOT SEND ANYONE I KNOW IN THAT DIRECTION.

While not the most friendly on the phone, they'll help you out. He warms up on the phone after a few calls as long as you're polite. Lol. It's the first place I call when looking for used take-off parts.

Very bad people to work with, Never buy parts from them. They sent me an engine which has 190k miles on it where they promised with 60k miles
