Our first encounter with this institution was disappointing. An ordered placed which was never processed setting us back a few days on repairs. This resulted on an uncompleted job and an unsatisfied customer for us. When reached seeking ETA, an employee disrespectfully told us that they were NOT selling us the part without explanation. Called next day to provide feedback to higher management regarding the situation but unfortunately, the representative "Manager", had no regards for the situation and seemed (with a condescending tone) as if no actions would be taken to address this, future issues nor capacitating their staff. We understand customer service is 50% of the services rendered by an institution. If you do not possess this skill, you have no bright future.
