The person I spoke on the phone was rude. I told him a specification. He acted as if he knew my car better than me lol. He ended up suggesting the same part as I initially asked him for. But then I had to wait forever on the phone. As apparent from majority of the reviews of this place, they need to get some courtesy classes, and be taught mannerism.

I called on Friday, and the price was 65 over the phone for a door handle. I went there on Saturday, after a good drive, and the price was 100 for the same part. Do you want to do yourself a favour? Save your time, and go elsewhere or buy online from any other seller if it is a small part.

Had a very good experience here, I went for my trunk latch and they had a door in Stock, so I purchased that too as well. Even though 2 employees were new. They served me well.

Called, they told me the parts was available. Arrived at the location and the parts was waiting for me. Definitely going back in the future

They seem to carry many parts, but I have been there twice and both times the parts they offered to sell me were broken. Once a spindle, which had an absolutely destroyed wheel bearing and the other a wiper switch, which had physical damage and reduced function. So not sure about others, but I have not had a good experience here.

A great place for car parts! Had a wonderful interaction with the employee at the front desk, madan, he helped me out quickly and answered all of my questions! Definitely will recommend to all of my friends.
