Decent prices although some little bit higher than others. Some of the workers seem not unfriendly but I can't think of a word for it. Maybe I just got on their nerves asking too many questions I don't know

Great customer care! Mitzi was patient with our questions and we had lots of them! We needed to replace/upgrade several parts on an older model Honda Accord. The effort she took to explain things AND to tell us about available options was truly exceptional. We couldn’t be more thankful and satisfied. First class service!

Mitzi, mark, and reyna are the best commercial parts professionals I have ever met!!!! They will bend over backwards and Find our parts even if we have to order for over seas. We couldn't be here without them. Store #9 rocks!!!!!

The guy was so helpful and even exchanged photos of parts to help me...he went above and beyond. I have a 2018 ford fiesta and the strut and boot bushing are both out..together we figured this out. He told me what would be cheaper and what would be better than this or that...truly a great guy . ABC you did good hiring him. Im sorry i forgot his name but he was Hispanic light skinned a real good guy. Thanks man!

I had just purchased a used car and before taking it to get inspected and registered I noticed that one of the turn signals was out. Went and got a new bulb and retried it and it was still out. After further inspection I realized that it was the actual bulb socket in which the bulb plugs into that was faulty. I went to my closest auto parts store, waited in line for about 30 min (very slow unenthusiastic employees) person who finally helped me was very rude and not helpful at all. Told me they didn’t have the part in stock and that to order it online would take several weeks and would cost $90+. Went to the next closest auto parts store, same charade, ridiculous price and rude customer service. It was really important I got my car registered that day so I ended up going to 4 separate auto parts stores and got the same answer every time.. finally as a last resort I drove all the way across town to ABC auto on the loop and was greeted by a young Hispanic man, unfortunately I didn’t catch his name. He let me know that they didn’t have it in stock. But he gave me a couple suggestions such as where to order it online for cheap and that if I’m in a time crunch that I can go to the local junk yard and pull it off an old car (I never would have thought of this) and then finally he asked if he could see the faulty bulb socket. After inspecting it he told me that it was just really rusted and corroded, (I had assumed it was shot and needed replacing) he spent about 5 min using wd-40 and a tool to clean it out for me. And when I popped it back in my car it worked perfectly. He saved me over 90$ and a bunch of headache for no other reason then just being helpful. I didn’t spend a dime in this trip but from now on instead of going to the auto parts store right across from my house, I’m going to drive all the way across town to ABC auto for all my future needs. If your the boss of young man who helped me out on Monday morning the 21st of September, please consider giving him a substantial raise. He went above and beyond to be helpful unlike just about every auto parts store in town that I had visited previously. 10/10 for all aspects of my visit. I’ll definitely be back for any auto needs.
