    Tim was wonderful! I had just gotten an oil change and unfortunately the shop had gotten oil all on the inside of my car. I came in and tried to buy cleaning wipes. He asked me what I was planning on cleaning, I let him know the story, and he told me what I had picked out would only be for dust. He found me wipes with degreaser on them. And they ended up being cheaper! I went home and they worked perfectly. I really appreciate his willingness to find me exactly what I needed.

    Took care of everything I needed. They were out of stock of a part I needed, but had it delivered by 2:30 that afternoon. Always get good service at this location. Highly recommend them. Had the part for my old Tahoe!

    The stores are hit or miss. The store on racetrack is pretty good, the store on Eglin pkwy by wall mart is the worst auto parts store I have ever experienced, the staff isn’t bad, they are abusive. I bought a fuel pump, it came with the wrong washers and connectors was not able to be installed as a result. They refused to return it, wouldn’t help get the correct parts and when I tried to point out that it came with the wrong parts, she said “I know and I don’t care, electrical parts aren’t returnable”

    The guys in the store, Mitch and Mark are the best... I'm in the midst of converting a 92' Ford E350 Bus into a liveable bus and these guys are the best. They have helped me so much... As well as being a commercial vehicle Auto parts store they are extremely knowledge and helpful. I highly recommend them and this location.

    Barely missed closing time. Staff guy deliberately pretends like he can't see me standing there. I just wanted to give some used rotors for recycling. There's plenty of competition to go to instead.
