Great place to shop for your auto parts needs. Very knowledgeable staff.

Service was fine, albeit a tiny bit slow but it was late in the day & I didn't have any problems with any of the employees when I picked up my order. I even had to correct them on the fuel filter I ordered (PurolatorBOSS not the ONE) (but that was honestly just me being picky since I've been wanting to put that specific one in my 00' Mustang to try and take care of it a little better.) The man who helped me had no trouble with finding the parts and things i had ordered, although they should have been put in a bag ready to go already considering I drove 30 minutes to get to this location, but again no judgements from me I've been there before.Service is very nice, understanding of when you want to talk and when you don't. They focus on their jobs and are worth listening to and minding when purchasing anything for your vehicle.

Some auto parts stores have smog, impatient and rude Clerks working the desk. This Advance Auto Parts is the exact opposite. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to lend their expertise and assistance, and they do it in a genuinely cordial and respectful manner. They don't look down on you if you're not familiar with vehicles. They genuinely want to help you.

The guys are all very helpful and patient to find the parts you need. They’re suggestive and experienced.

Walked in looking for a part that showed available in store on the website. Guy up front ignored me and yelled for another worker 6 times. After some back and forth between them both we're not able to locate the part. I waited around for 10 minutes for them to help some other customers that walked in just so they could tell me they don't have it. Placed an order online, hopefully they find it tomorrow.Update: the morning team was respectful and was able to find the part.

The employees were really helpful and got me all set up! They have helped me even when I didn't end up having to buy anything. They generally have the things I need at this location as well.

Reason for 1 star? CHECK YOUR RECEIPT. Planned to buy 3 items, ALL of the items rang up 1 to over a dollar more than the price on the shelf. Apologetic, yes, but unwilling to honor the price on the shelf. Well, kinda did after I requested a refund. Shouldn't have to do that. Didn't see any employee going to the product and removing the price, made an excuse , haven't had the time to correct? Overpriced items anyway compared to on line retailers.

Top-notch customer service! I stopped in to pick up a few things and had an issue with my trunk not latching. Jesse N. was very friendly and helpful and came out with a wrench to fix it for me. He went above and beyond! He also thoroughly explained to me why it wasn't latching, and showed me on the car so I could understand. He also made sure that it would consistently latch after he fixed it. And to think; I almost went to AutoZone!

Very rude!!! Went in for a price check and as soon ss i walked in i was greeted by being asked " WHAT DO YOU WANT " wow if that's not rude then i don't know what is but overall a horrible experience there and never will go again prefer to visit autozone atleast they're friendly.
