Everyone here is very nice. I have taken my car here many times and there is never surprise costs or incomplete work. They are great about just doing what you asked but letting you know if something else needs to be taken care of and truly how soon. I would recommend Chaps to anyone.

The owner Mr. Chapa took great care of me I've never had to take a car to get a repair or experience having to rent a car but he helped me out and even gave me a ride to the rental place. I had just bought a Dodge Challenger and 2 weeks in got into an accident and their repair made it look as if nothing happened definitely recommending this place to all friends and family.

Chapa Auto Craft has worked on all of my cars for about 10 years now, and I have never thought about taking my cars elsewhere. Their customer service is fantastic, and their works speaks for itself. Terrible place, took my car, they had it for 2 weeks and they didn’t do anything to fix it only made me waste my time and money. They charged me for a bunch of diagnostics only to not even attempt repairing my car. They did not have knowledge or experience. Did not know what they were doing. If they would just have told me that from the start I would have appreciated their honesty but they didn’t. They just wanted to scam me. It’s sad what greed can do to people/companies. Do not recommend, look for an actual honest/knowledgeable place to go to other than these scammers.Services: Engine repair, Transmission, Electrical

Chapa Auto Craft fixed my Lincoln Mark VIII, and did an amazing job. I brought it in the shop for Automotive service and well and some simple Auto body and paint work, the car came out amazing.

I've only had my vehicle inspection done here but I've enjoyed the experience. The staff are very friendly. I am liking having to make an appointment for the inspection! It was a quick in and out.

Highly recommend Chapa Auto Craft here in Kyle! Not only was Daniel super thorough with outlining the repairs needed but from the moment I dropped off my car he handled everything from contacting the insurance to picking me up to go get my car. This type of service and attention to detail is hard to find, however Daniel and his team made sure to not overlook the little things. I have found a new go to auto body shop and couldn't be happier.
