I needed power steering fluid and didn't know where r how to put in. The guy, I didn't get his name, but he was very helpful and kind.

The staff is not the problem here, its the managers and the corporation.Ordered parts never show up when promised.Store hours vary daily (4/10/21 it was 7:34am, not 7 as advertised).The reward point system is a joke and accrued points seldom work when needed.Unfortunately the local auto parts store is quickly becoming a thing of the past, giving way to better and more economical options (like Rock Auto). You can also get just about every chemical, additive and toss away parts already at Wal-Mart (in stock and 24 hours).Its too bad but it is in many ways they did it to themselves with lack of customer service to the mechanic who needs the parts to make a living.Just "slightly better" is Oreillys across the street.

This place is provided for those whose income exceeds minimum wage, by a mile, just to afford something from here. And they close really really early throughout the week, so if you get off work between 5-7 drive fast and dont get caught, or just go home.

One star because I couldn’t not give zero stars. I’ve been shopping exclusively at this store and at Advance Auto on line since this location opened. No more. On Monday I stopped by and ask the counter person what head light bulb I needed for my truck. Noticed the store hours on my way in the store.The counter person was wrong. On Tuesday I returned a 6 PMCT to return the item and get the right part. They just locked their doors 3 hrs. early. Yes, there was a very small sign saying the store closed at 6PMCT. Not near the size of the one next to it saying the store closed at 9PMCT!!!!!The counter person had sold me the WRONG bulbs on a Monday; however, on Tuesday at 6PMCT they couldn’t make it right.

Excellent service! Ordered an alternator that'll be here manana at 1030am and didnt have to pay up front. Nice guy at the counter said they have the tools to loan me tp wrap it up. We're gonna swap out the tammy on the premises Thursday. Great place.Don't go to the o'Reilly's. There are good ones, but not the one in this town.

Some of the counter people seem nice enough and try to be helpful. But they don't seem knowledgeable about much of anything. They need training.
