Advertises for the old location which I spent $$$ on for decades on albert and moved behind he car wash. Should remove the signs and be called "mcintyre hood parts"Too busy to answer the phone mostly like calling sasktel or something. They do not need my money anyway so no loss.

I bought a Wilson starter because I thought it would be the same quality, but it had a defect and It wouldn’t disengage from the flywheel. Had to buy an AC delco replacement and return the Wilson for warranty. I called a month after they sent it for the warranty/labour claim and they still hadn’t heard back, so I called Wilson INC. according to them, the store never submitted anything for warranty, and my starter was prob still sitting in the back, never sent anywhere. The manger said he would call me back about it and never did, never got my refund for the labour. I’ll never buy a part here again. OEM Is the only way

Went there for a car battery. It's a Sunday and most shops are closed. My battery gave me hard time in the past couple of days and I'm traveling back to Ontario early morning tomorrow so I have no time to book an appointment with a mechanic. I tried with Canadian Tire but they're busy until closing time and they only go by appointment. I arrived at Albert North and explained my situation to Johnny and Dylan. They were extremely cooperative and offered to replace the battery for me since they weren't busy around this time. I only had to buy deep dive socket set and Dylan came outside and did the job in no time. May I add that this is an auto parts shop and not a workshop. These guys are amazing and to see people go out of their way like that and provide top customer service is just fascinating. I highly recommend these guys based on my experience here. I'm from Toronto and I'd like to see such businesses where I live. Well done, Regina, my stay has been a very pleasant one and now, Albert North, has given me the perfect ending to my journey. Thank you Johnny and Dylan.

There is a good quantity of stock if they don't have what you are looking for they can usually order it with not to long a wait.Things seem to be fairly priced.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone when entering store being told how my mask was being wore improper. Your there to serve parts not discriminate against someone else’s rights neither my healthcare provider.

Horrible experience. Called at about noon to get some shoes, drums, and a hardware kit. They said they had them no problem. I asked the guy to set them aside as I was driving in from out of town and would be there at about 3pm. He said no problem. Mind you I gave them my phone number which has a history of around 5 years of following through with the purchase of items I order/get quoted. I get there at 3 and they inform me they sold all of the items an hour ago. Haven't been back since.
