Don't use these people they're a bunch of fools, they tell you they have a 30-day parts guarantee what they don't tell you is they won't give your money back. They have an in-store credit they will give to you. They tell you this after the fact. Going to file a complaint with the Ohio attorney generals office. If zero or minus stats were available that's what I would give them.

Dude told me 120 for a chipped hood I talked him down to 100 when it was time to pay the dude at front said I was a liar and that it cost 150.
