They were very prompt in picking up my vehicle and gave me a very fair price for it. They also gave us leniency and let us go through the vehicle one last time. I would recommend AUTOMAX to anyone looking for a quick way to get rid of a junked car

Do NOT contact them via Facebook, their account has been compromised. Be sure to visit them in person or by telephone if you have a question. I needed a mirror for my truck and was told they had it on Facebook. When I arrived in Columbus I called them on the telephone and no one there had spoken with anyone on Facebook, and I was told that they didn't even have any trucks of that type or size on the lot, nor did they have any new ones in stock. The man I talked to on the phone was very friendly and helpful. Just beware of communicating with them through messenger, and never send anyone money through any type of cash app without knowing exactly who you're sending it to.

Great place very helpful never made me feel like a stranger to the automobile world.gave me a great price for my 2009 ford excape, and in very good condition. Also left pieces on to make it easy for the mechanic. They greet you with a smile, I recommend anyone, just asked for Alex.
