    I had the unpleasant experience of dealing with a rude, abnoxious, man on the phone today. Or it could have been a woman who smokes a lot of drinks a lot of alcohol. My friend has a driver's licence that expired and he went to try and sell some scrap metal. He was told that an Indian Status card or a BC Services Card would not suffice. That is was secondary ID. For a mere $34 they refused to give my friend his money unless he could produce a driver's licence.
