I came all the way from Suffolk ,called a few places that had what l wanted but were rude and had no costumer service skills at all ,plus tried to charge me for the price of a new part,this place Chesterfield Auto ,l was able to get what l wanted at half the price, with all the components

I've been coming to Chesterfield Auto Parts ever since I got my first car which I still have and they always have the parts I need.the prices are sometimes reasonable but as of yesterday worst experience of my life. of all the times I've come there I feel so belittled and talked down to. one particular part I needed for my car and the price is doubled from what it says on the website I consider this extortion not to mention an uneconomical and exorbitant. I may just take my business else where someplace I can feel like a true loyal customer.

Staff members @ this specific location are extremely friendly and very helpful. It is further from their Midlothian location from me but I tend to gravitate toward the Fort Lee primarily per the excellent customer service I've received with each visit!

Definitely go there if you need parts for your vehicle. Their Very Helpful on showing you where to go to pick your parts. You either can get it yourself or pick it for you for a fee. They THE BEST THANK YOU

I wish their inventory was switched out more often. Hard to find a decent wire harness. Seems like the workers who pull the engines don't take the time to unplug because everything is cut up. The lot has a drainage problem after it rains and lots of times the cars are full of water or unnecessary things like tires and floor mats and random garbage. All in all the staff members seem professional and polite for the most part. If you are in urgent need of part it is a good place to start unless you have a 95 or older civic. I wish it was cleaner and added cars quicker. Over all Im satisfied, been going there for the past 10 years. I wouldn't waste my time going though if the part needed can be purchased new. Some things aren't worth taking a risk

If you don't mind DIY, this is your place. Warranty on most parts. Spent ¹/¹⁰ the money versus auto parts store on my most recent repair. Hard to find vehicles sometimes. Usually where they're listed online though.

The staff is friendly and helpful but what I found great is that they will help sell cars that are not very expensive. I would think a student who is looking for a better couldn't only find one here, but they could get the parts and advice to fix it up.If you like to do your own repair work on your car, check this place out.
