This is a great junkyard. The yard is set up so that you can navigate with ease. The inventory selection is wide and updates often. I was able to find what I needed for three of my cars. One being a 1972 model. Its next door to a lowes so that if you need a tool you can run over and purchase it and has a station set up with hot water so you can wash up before getting in your car to drive home. Portable stocked bathrooms setup throughout the yard.

How do you claim and have signs posted open until 5 pm. According to an idiot behind the counter it’s 4:30… very confusing because if a business advertise open until 5 on that’s what they should do not make up rules because the have a stupid white kid behind the counter not capable of working his entire shift. You did have one employ who was trying to make it right but did not want problems with him

This is quite a nice junkyard. It needs a bit more labeling of the rows and I'd like it better if they updated the website a little faster so the car you wanted a part off wasn't crushed by the time you got there, but it's so nicely organized and the cars so accessible, one can forgive the odd quibble here and there. And the staff are just lovely. Try to go when it hasn't rained recently if you can.

My daughter and I went there to sell them a car. We did what we went there to do, and left. The guy at the front desk, (Bruce), was very nice, friendly, competent, and professional. He handled everything quickly, and efficiently, which made doing business there much more enjoyable, especially for two females who would rather not have needed to go there at all!

This place was awesome! The gentleman that helped me and my mother was a very nice man and really helped us tremendously. I got to go out into the junkyard and pull my own parts. I am a tiny 37 year old white girl and completely loved it. I would really recommend this place.

Unique experience every time, you can pull off your own parts and save a good bit of money! It's worth a buck just to walk through and view the car's life from it's beginnings, as the skeletons are stripped of anything ever added on to the frame!

Staff members @ this specific location are extremely friendly and very helpful. It is further from their Midlothian location from me but I tend to gravitate toward the Fort Lee primarily per the excellent customer service I've received with each visit!

Great junkyard. Decent selection well organized. Most everything is categorized into the computer so they know what they have and can help you with with any cross referencing of parts such as finding tour part from a different vehicle you didn't even know would work because some manufacturers use the same parts for multiple brands. However some parts are sadly destroyed by arrogant folk only seeking what they need or want with no regard for other parts that are valuable. Too bad you can't these people from coming in but it is what it is. Very fair pricing and 30 say warranty on most parts.

Closes at 4:30 not 5. Also they don't do summer hours anymore. It's 4:30 pm year round.

I have been there several times looking for parts. They claim to be "organized, but how I can't figure out. On top of that, they take the tires off of wheels and weld the wheels to others anchored to the ground. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The staff is friendly and helpful but what I found great is that they will help sell cars that are not very expensive. I would think a student who is looking for a better couldn't only find one here, but they could get the parts and advice to fix it up. If you like to do your own repair work on your car, check this place out.

If you don't mind DIY, this is your place. Warranty on most parts. Spent ¹/¹⁰ the money versus auto parts store on my most recent repair. Hard to find vehicles sometimes. Usually where they're listed online though. COVID has had no effect on this place

Went in for the first time ever. Nice facility hints the one star. However I never received any direction on how things worked(grabbing a wheelbarrel for tools no map or knowledge of where certain vehicles located). The gentleman that checked me in just printed me a slip of vompatable vehicles and parts had me sign and sent me on my way. Once I figured outabout the wheel barrel and tools i checked my tools in. The young guy checking my tools just looked at them (didnt look throigh my main toolbox just lifted lid and shut it) he did not mark any thing nor find the old parts in my tool box. (Definitely need to clean it out) when I was checking out the older gentleman whom was nice and professional found an old unmarked radio in my box inwhich I had brought with me. He said he would have to check for a mark and when I told gim the young guy didnt go through my tool box he said he would have to check the camera. I waited avout 15 mins (very embarrassing) for another short middleaged guy to tell me he checked the camera and could see the young guy check the box. He lied to me in my face. When I told him id call the county to come look at the cameras since he clearly cant he got disrespectful and told me "we are not doing this today" is this anyway to treat your customers? Automatically assuming they are theives? I started pulling out a bunch more parts from my box that were not marked nor checked (brake pads, ball bearings, make and model logos) and asked if they should be marked too. The older nice gentleman said yea while others just looked at me. I even went as far as slapping money on tbe countsr to pay for what was taken from me. Finally after I told him to look at the camera again before i call the county the gentleman put my stuff back. I will never go to this facility or any of the others. If this is how you treat people on there first experience then I understand why the lots dont have many people nor do i suspect them be in business with these customer driven times for business as such. Do not recommend this yard I would recommend finding another company to do business with.

This is for Ft. Lee location: good selection of varied parts cars, most members of staff are friendly, great prices on hard to get or expensive parts, easy returns (with receipt). One complaint is that truck parts are only in one location in Richmond.

I'm a gear head and this place allows me to play all day for a dollar. I can take apart anything I want and walk away. Plus it helps when I need a part, you won't believe how many good parts I find at great discount prices.

Great place! Pull your own parts. Saved a few hundred $$$. Only problem is you never know if someone has already gotten the item you need or not. The yard is huge.

Great selection of cars to pick parts from, easy access to the yard. I found what I needed, pulled it myself and probably saved $1,000 for a transmission. Great staff, polite and respectful.

Nice and friendly staff. Problem is the business doesn't stock trucks at this location any more. They think people well drive to one of their other locations 45 minutes away on Genito rd. off of 288. Not me or several other local people I know.

Great place to get inexpensive, used parts, from the junk yard. It would be awesome if they would install large signs for the sections you are in since the lot is sooooo big. (kind of like when you get lost at Walmart parking lot😉)

Their closing time should be advertised as 4:30. I wasted an hour of my time traveling to ft lee from Richmond City - got caught up in traffic and walked in at 4:32. I respect rules that are in place but it should be made more clear on the website. Direct Quote from website (spelling and all): **Please be prepaired to exit the field 30 minutes prior to closing** It should read: **NO ENTRY AFTER 4:30pm

They have a good selection of vehicles... I just wish they didn't separate the truck and cars... now you have a 45 min ride from one place to the next.... I'll be looking for another yard to browse

The front desk help was rude. I feel like they could have cross referenced the car part i was looking for to better assist me. I Didnt find the part i was looking for .my experience could have been better.

Good junkyard with wheel barrows for hauling heavy parts. Everyone was curtious and professional. It would be nice if the rows were marked by number signs as only every 4th row has a number making it tricky to find the car you need.
