My buddy's truck got towed here. As far as today's tow yards go, this one is top notch! There has been an issue with the title for his truck, and he can't get it transferred. The tow yard attendant is doing what I would want done if my truck had been impounded, albeit wrongfully, and will not release it to him. Despite having pounds of paper proving it's indeed his truck, they are abiding by the letter of the law and not releasing it to him until he gets the proper paperwork. Your vehicle is safe here!!!

Imagine a family member visiting from out of state who got towed from a parking lot because she did not know where else to park. Imagine a business who would not show any professionalism during the process of getting my family members vehicle back during EASTER WEEKEND. That’s Allan towing. What a great business. These people towed a car I had sold. Provided them with notice of sale. They keep sending me letters telling me I owe them money! The supervisor Rob told me he can’t be bothered requesting the necessary info from the DMV to put the debt in the new owner’s name. They don’t care about the community and only care to make money.
