SWS is the best garbage/waste removal company we have ever used. They are so nice, such good value, and they are prompt. They have the best customer service people and I’ve never had any issues. Wow, what an amazing trash service! We forgot to put our bins out over the Thanksgiving holiday and I look over and see one of the workers grabbing the bins from the side of our house. They left milkbones for our dog the other week. I'm endlessly amazed by them. Their bins are also neutral in color so they aren't mega eye sores. You can't beat their prices either! We love you, Suburban Waste!

I am happy with the service that SWS provides. Simply having them move the cans into the driveway is a bonus and sep above what other competitors provide! Only a few times were we missed or had experiences where they were running late. I had to have one of my trash cans replaced, which they did in a timely manner. I like the communications via an automated voice call as well as e-mail for any potential changes/things to know about the service they provide.

I can't say enough good things about Suburban! Very competitive flat fee structure - no hidden or confusing variable environmental/regulatory cost recovery fee structures like other companies. They also make sure to carefully put our trash bins back with the lid closed every time. Most of the rest of our neighborhood is serviced by Buckingham, and we are consistently one of the few houses where our trash bin is not lying on its side and/or where our trash bin has its lid closed (a big plus on those days when it rains or snows!). If you have multiple bins, they also line them up behind one another against the edge of the driveway so that you can get out of your driveway without having to move your bins if you're in a hurry in the morning. We've used this company for 18 months and are very satisfied! It's a local, family run garbage + recycling + yard waste company. They compost yard waste, pick up xmas trees for free, and are very good at communicating if there's changes in schedules. My favorite thing is it seems like they treat their employees well and care for them. They send a cute little newsletter about their employees too! They are also pretty flexible if you need them to pick up extra junk. Their prices are cheaper than or the same as other garbage companies - it's a no brainer to me to support local compared to a Big Waste Company!Service: Yard debris removal

I have used SWS for 5 years now. The drivers have always been so nice. In COVID 2020 the drives would always make a point to say hi to my 4 year old while we were in lockdown. I love how they roll the cart on our driveway because if it snows you never know with the snow plow. The customer service is prompt and really nice! I have now signed up for their compost service starting January 1, 2022 I'm excited! Thank you again SWS!

Good company but their billing department is out of date and antiquated. Constantly getting lte charges because they don't send out bills on time. Their website leaves much to be desired. No online portal to view your account or pay bills. It's paper statement is mailed out to you, if you are lucky enough to get it then you at least have an amount that you can then go online and make a payment with that amount. It's way to mom and pop and while I like they service and the people they employee because they can't. Get themselves in a better billing system I will be looking for another provider. Customer service was poor and in professional to the pint that they aren't worth talking to.Service: Trash removal & disposal

This company is amazing. Always such friendly service, drivers wave to the kids, phone ladies are great. We have had them several years now, and twice have missed our garbage pickup (our own fault). Both times they've come back to pick up. No extra fees or hidden charges, and much less expensive than our previous hauler.

I highly recommend choosing SWS. You can't beat their pricing and they put the can on the driveway when it is empty so you don't have to wonder if they have come yet. The drivers are also very friendly and always have a treat for my dog when they come. Even if we aren't outside, they leave a treat on top of the can for her. Great company!!!Service: Junk removal

Love this company. They're always so polite and courteous. Just this last week, I didn't have time to bring the garbage bin down to the end of the driveway before I left for work. I later found out that one of the works brought the garbage bin down, emptied it, and then brought it back up to the house. I couldn't believe it. They are absolutely the nicest people ever.
