I work as a car repair technician and the price for most automotive parts are comparable or cheaper then just about any other place here in St Thomas on the plus side the staff are great

Had to leave as there was only 2 agents working and each serving a customer. There was a lot of idle chatter not specific to buying some parts. I know because i stood there between both agent stations for 5 minutes listening to both conversations. At no time was my entering the store acknowledged, as well as my departure to go to carquest.

Great reliable parts. The service is fantastic, and the girls at the front are very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They deserve 5 stars for sure.

Brought a dead battery in that I'm certain it is under warranty, they where not interested in helping me at all because I dont normally deal with them basically told me I'm on my own.Strongey suggested not shopping here for car parts. Went to carquest and they helped me.

I had a warranty on a wheel bearing that I purchased less than one year ago and they gave me a hard time about trying to use the warranty... they literally told me no and then I called the Aylmer store and they said I had five years on that bearing
